"The hygiene, service, dining, and facilities were all great. Other than seeing the whale sharks and sardines in Cebu, I didn't eat out at all; I had all my meals at the hotel. The à la carte options were exquisite, and the New Year's Eve dinner buffet was also fantastic. If I had to pick a flaw, it's that compared to the bai and Holiday Inn hotels, the Marriott doesn't have a doorman. No one came forward to help with my luggage when I got out of the car. The biggest issue was the security check upon entry; I had to unload my luggage from the car and then lift it onto the X-ray machine, which was truly frustrating."

"Booked VIP (south-wing)1king and 1single but I've wanted where the big pool and not feel exclusive and isolated. They let me change it to premium but gave me smaller room and they only let me have 2 excess person. not really a good deal as it's only have 1king bed and had to pay for extra 2people, 2 blankets php 400 and sleep on the floor. The family enjoys which is the main thing."

"I chose this hotel as a transit stop because it's close to the airport. It seems to be located in a local residential area, and the surroundings looked a bit chaotic. It's probably best to use Grab when going out. It's not too far from SM Square, where you can find places to eat. The room itself was very basic. The bathroom had no hot water, and the showerhead wasn't working well. I ended up just squatting and using the tap below to rinse off at night. In the middle of the night, I'm not sure if it was other guests or the staff, but they were incredibly noisy, laughing and talking loudly."
