The Provence is one of my favorite places specially in lavender season , I have stayed in this hotel few years ago and was an amazing experience then it was closed for renovations , this July I stayed at the hotel in its new look , it was and it is now the best , the architecture and the interior design are beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the service and hospitality are beyond perfection, I highly recommend it

The hotel is a wonderful conversion of the ancient convent. It is clear that mountains of money, but also tons of taste, were expended in achieving it. The result is sublime: like living in a beautiful château, except comfortable. As for the spa, it is superb, the best we’ve seen (and we’ve seen a few). It would impress a Roman emperor (if there were more slaves). We didn’t benefit from the huge outdoor pool or the terraces, since we were there in winter, but they would be a delight in warm weather. Someone has done a terrific job in assembling and training a rather young staff of charming and intelligent people. From the parking attendants to the receptionists, and from the waiters and waitresses to the exceptional sommelière (Ms. Pauline), there wasn't a one that we wouldn’t happily adopt and take home with us. The buffet breakfast: simply the best (really). The hotel has its own full-time boulanger, as well as a pastry chef. Okay, full disclosure: the coffee could be better. There is (of course) a gourmet restaurant (we can all imagine what that’s like), as well as a “bistro" on the premises. (Fortunately, since the local village doesn’t offer much at all.) The bistro serves mainly fanciful haute cuisine; we would have preferred that it be more authentically bistro-like, with some classic bistro-type food (steaks, daubes, foie gras, magret, confit de canard…yes, maybe even french fries!). It goes to show: even paradise can stand to be tweaked a bit.

Terrible experience. Heavy construction underway. Fire doors slamming indiscriminately causing personal injury. Booked rooms not available. Bullying manager. Extremely overpriced for an unfinished hotel.

Un moment exquis ! On s’en met plein les yeux et les papilles. Cadre extraordinaire, service exceptionnel. L’accueil à la table du chef nous permet de passer un moment agréable face aux cuisines à l’ambiance très sereine . On recommande vivement !

Nous y avons passé deux nuits quelques jours après la réouverture de la Maison. Tout était parfait, la gentillesse et la bienveillance du personnel est à souligner ! L’endroit est à tomber malgré les travaux du futur spa à côté (je tiens à préciser que nous avons été prévenu de ces travaux et je remercie l’équipe de l’établissement pour la transparence par rapport à ce point). La chambre et les lieux communs sont des véritables havre de paix, on s’y sent véritablement bien ! Merci pour ce beau moment que vous nous avez fait passer. Nous y reviendrons c’est une certitude.

Nous avons passé 2j dans ce lieu magique qu’est le Couvent des Minimes à Mane, excellemment bien orchestré par le couple Gachet et leurs collaborateurs, d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité incroyable. Le calme y règne et tout est mit à votre disposition pour votre bien être. Tant sur les espaces extérieurs que les restaurants, tout étais parfait. Nous avons dîner au Restaurant Le Feuillé, nous avons choisi le menu en 7 services pour découvrir toute l’étendue et le talent du Chef Louis Gachet, fraîchement Meilleur Ouvrier France 2023. Tout étais parfait, des « patiences » si joliment intitulées et présentées jusqu’au plateau de fromage, et dessert. Un accord met et vin d’une qualité incroyable nous a été servis, avec l’expertise de Florian le chef sommelier ainsi que l’équipe du restaurant de Pauline Gachet. Merci à Adrien, Caroline, et Yoann de nous avoir fait passer une soirée d’exception dans ce lieu féerique. A très bientôt, pour sûr !

Un superbe week end passé au Couvent des Minimes dont nous nous souviendrons ! Nous avons adoré la nouvelle identité du lieu, la décoration, le hall de réception est à couper le souffle ainsi que le bar sous la charpente. Pour ce qui est de la cuisine nous n'avons rien à dire mis à part le fait que nous nous sommes régalés du petit déjeuner au dîner ! Un grand bravo à l'ensemble du personnel pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse, mention spéciale à Mathilde de la réception et à Cécile du restaurant qui ont contribué à rendre ce séjour inoubliable.
