Not typically stayed in Shandong but what I like about them is they’re accountable with their mistakes, resolve the issue immediately and was able to book us a suite that is far more awesome with their other property around the vicinity as well. Entire experience was peaceful and great.

This place is located right in the heart of Malate. It's a bit noisy since it's right in front of the entertainment district, but if you go to a higher floor, it's quiet. And the view from the terrace is the best! There are good cheaper hotels around, but I think you should try staying at this mansion too.

Pros:
The room is spacious. Toiletries are provided and they attended to my needs. Location is good. Near to rob manila, lrt Pedro Gil.
Cons:
The water leak/drops of AC was very disturbing at night so I didn't have a proper sleep and so I had to transfer to another room but then in the new room, the AC itself was very noisy and again I wasn't able to sleep properly. Also the bed sheets smelled like they weren't sun dried (kulob).

The attitude of the staff and front desk was good, but the facilities were poor. There was a strange smell when we first entered the room, the Wi-Fi was on and off, and there was standing water at the entrance.
