The room is spacious, but unfortunately, the bed was not very comfortable, and the two pillows provided were too flat. Overall, the room was decent, but the bedding could definitely be improved.

Good location near to Carriedo LRT Station. The check in was smooth. The room was decent and clean although it did not have a window. Wifi worked well.

Booked here for 4 days & 3 nights stay for my board exam. When I entered the room, everything is organized but when I stayed here, I start noticing unpleasant things such as the floor is sticky, I don't know why. The bedsheet and blanket seem to be old already, it is already color off white. Then, the TV automatically turns on when you enter the room which is unnecessary for me. When I used it for Youtube, it stops after a minute and exits because it says "Parental Control" which cannot be turned off. Next is when I stayed quite long enough and was reading my notes, I noticed that the AC is somehow noisy, so I turn it off from time to time when the room's already cold. However, there's another sound! I believe it is the AC condensate from above room that is dropping on the metal duct between the upper and lower rooms. Aside from that, there's somehow a bad odor, I think it is a sewer gas from the drainage of the CR. You know what the worst part was? When I was going to my room in the broad daylight, in the hallway, I heard a loud moaning of people inside their rooms and it's very traumatizing for me because it was very unsolicited. Can't the soundproofing be addressed? The only good thing about this hotel is its location which is near LRT. I know the price is quite cheaper than the other hotels but we deserve a decent service!
