Maine City Residences

An average rating for my stay. Economy room is very small. The bed doesn't fit inside, no room for my luggages. I noticed that there are small insects and cockroaches roaming around. The trash bin that i put outside supposed to be empty when i get it back, the cleaners didn't empty my bin. Staff needs to be informed of the cleanliness. Very noisy outside. Needs to improved.

The room was quite small and had no windows, which made it feel a bit uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I also noticed some cockroaches around, and a few even got into my food, so I wasn’t able to eat it anymore. However, the location is very convenient since it’s close to everything you might need, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Maine City Residences in Agoncillo is always our second home whenever we are going for check in in Manila. It is a very good 0lace and the staff there is very amazing. It was a nice stay and the place was incredibly good and indeed the best!

One of the grossest hotels I have ever stayed in and I have been all over SEA. First off, there was no wifi in the hotel. There’s also no lift to get up the four flights of stairs. The first room I was in was infested with roaches in the bathroom and there were two in the bed. Bathroom was covered in black mold. I got in so late(12:30-1am) and didn’t have the option to find another hotel and they didn’t have another room available. I was told they would move me to a different room in the morning. I spent the night killing roaches with my shoes. In the morning they moved me to a different room on the same floor which at first glance appeared to have no roaches in it. However, there was black mold in the bathroom and it was not clean at all. There was hair all over the shower walls and what looked like feces rubbed on the walls. When I came out of the bathroom there were roaches crawling all over the table and tv and inside the screen of the tv set. I immediately contacted trip.com to cancel and get a refund and then the front desk called me and told me they could move me to a different room to which I said they had already given me two rooms filled with roaches and I was leaving. I hadn’t even unpacked just grabbed all my things and left. DO NOT STAY HERE.
