Town and Country Hotel V Mapa

Booked this hotel for my MELE para less hassle ang travel since mas malapit sa doña elena tower. Good place din since may malapit na mga convenience store. Requested for a quiet room and they granted it, they gave me a 316 and sobrang linis and peaceful sya. Sobrang accomodating ang staffs and guards. Thank you town and country hotel. I PASSED MY MELE BOARDS PO!!! THANK YOU LORD

The room was very good and very clean. The staff are friendly and very accommodating.

We had another wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff, security guards, and all the employees are very kind, accommodating, and always greet guests with a warm smile. Their excellent customer service is one of the main reasons why we keep coming back. This is already our nth time staying here, and we will definitely choose this hotel again next year. As a suggestion for further improvement, we hope the rooms can be upgraded or refreshed over time. It would also be great if the hotel could add more amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and children's playground to make the overall guest experience even more enjoyable. I booked this for my sister and my niece. She was saying your praises about friendly and accomodating staff. Location was great, 8 minutes walk to the test centre and few convenient shops. The hotel charge for corkage fee if you have take aways but okay to bring some foods. Bed was very comfortable, shower very good. No coffee facilities but they serve in the restaurant or order thru reception. The hotel is a bit tired/old but will recommend if you're taking board examination.

Tbh we dont enjoy staying to their hotel the matress and pillow is too hard and it looks like they dont do anything when we ask why the wifi is disconneced they just told that it is the net providers prob not them.

The staff was like angry bird when we tried asking for a help because our room was locked and we were outside

The staff were excelent , made me feel valued espacially Gabae from the restaurant always smiling. I had one minor incident but the staff handled it very well ,and remedied it immediately. The location was kinda tough due to ongoing construction the cut off one of the main routes to the hotel, which was totally beyond their control .The only minus was that that hot water only worked the first 2 days of my 5 day stay but this could have been due to the relentless rain . Definitely a pretty nice stay .

Clean and spacious place, I will surely refer this to friends and relatives. Very convenient and accessible area in the city. Super on my ratings, low price as well
