The air conditioning is quite old and does not provide bottle water. Other than that it is quite ok

Like staying in a museum from 1980! Somehow they have managed to keep the original furniture which looks like 80s in good condition. Apart from being understaffed at reception and therefore, a slow check-in I had a satisfactory stay there

The hotel was average overall. The room was clean and acceptable, but nothing really stood out. Service was okay and the facilities were basic. It met the minimum expectations.

**★★★☆☆ (3/5)** The hotel was clean and the staff were polite and professional. Unfortunately, noise from the outside disrupted the stay. Overall, it was acceptable, but a quieter environment would have made the experience more enjoyable.

This place is my second home., my vacation is not complete without staying this place🫶🏻 from the airport i need to rest in manila at least 2-3 days before im going home 🏠.. the same before flying back to work.. im staying here at least 2-3 days.. staffs are friendly., very accommodating.,seems they are my family 🫶🏻 had excellent service as always.. this is what i like this place… until next year🤟🏻🫰🏻 see you all😘

Requested a room change at 2am. I can’t sleep because of the faulty aircon and rampant mosquito flying… I’ve booked in the area before but first time experiencing rampant mosquitos in my hotel room. their solution was to change the aircon and spray anti mosquito repellent while I’m inside… at 2am… then changed the aircon… worked for a while then woke up again 5hrs later because of mosquito bites Paid for a good night’s sleep but was forced to sleep smelling insecticide only to wake up 5hrs later feeling **** and more. mosquito bites. Thank you so much never coming back

The hotel is nice ,near by all the stores and malls where you can shop and eat.40 min away from the airport by grab and costs about 350 piso for 4 people car.The stuff is fast and very polite,they put the third bed quickly .You have a teapot,towels,toiletries;beds are comfy,we stayed 2 nights and will come back for sure.

This hotel is a typical pattern of three stars hotel. The Quality is commensurate with the price. I don’t have big complains about it. If I had to say problems, the air conditioner is old, the sound is a little bit noisy.

The location in Malate is good. The facilities are outdated. Try using it when you need travel and relaxation. The location and facilities are decent for the price.

The shower was fine and the hot water was plenty. There was no bathtub. If I could make one request, it would be that there were slippers in the room.

Service commensurate with the price. A small, budget hotel visited for its value for money and central Malate location. It appears some rooms have been recently remodeled.

There's a convenience store and currency exchange nearby. Robinson's is also close by. This is an affordable hotel in Malate.

The reception staff's service was excellent. There are no slippers. Some rooms have bathtubs, but they are a bit small. There is no complimentary bottled water, so you need to bring your own when checking in. I think the price is reasonable.
