The staff are so accommodating! Whenever I needed to extend my stay they made it so easy, and when my touch key wasn't working they fixed it immediately without any hassle. I also complained once about noise from other rooms and they handled it very professionally and quickly. It was a great experience. I booked the stay for my mother who is already a senior. She stayed for 2 nights and it was definitely a comfortable stay for her. Would surely recommend to stay in this hotel. Though the food choices might need to improve more for a complete and satisfied stay.

Ok, I have stayed at this hotel many times, I did find it excellent. But lately I have experienced some small problems. Last week I at the immigration office and it was taking a bit longer than expected, so I called the hotel but the reply was not from the hotel desk it went to a duty manager Diane, I needed an extra hour before checkout, she did not budge at all and advised me that I will be charged another night, so I cut short the immigration and rushed back to the hotel to check out. I am staying until the 10 of March. Oh not to be a complainer, but the show is Luke warm, boardering on cold! Room staff are great. I will look for another hotel next time

The business Hotel is strategically located which is very convenient for travellers if need to buy something. The complimentary breakfast is average. The hotel needs to be upgraded like a complimentary coffee or tea. During late night, some guests were very noisy and audible to our room which disrupts your sleep. Overall it is a good location for a short business trip in Manila.

The hotel is in a great location. The staff are very helpful. The hot water in the bathroom was never hotter than lukewarm, at best. I don't think that is ideal for Legionnaires disease prevention. The WiFi was quite strong. But throughout the hotel, on multiple devices I was not able to access various websites, the same on each device. For example I was never able to access BBC.com, CNN.com, X.com and about 50% of other sites. This on two phones and a laptop, throughout my stay. At nearby restaurants, I could access all without issue. When I spoke to the staff, they said they had no problem on their phones and my problem persisted. To access affected sites I had to turn the wifi off on one of my phones and hotspot to my laptop / other phone. The breakfast is very basic.

The place has.a.rustic charm. Rooms are.big and the staff are nice.Walking distance.to.Robinson mall. Casino is just across the road.
