The location of Las Palmas is very good. Easy access for transportation and Robinsons Mall is just 5 mins walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the room. We were in Room 518. When my son used the toilet, terrible things happened when water leakage comes out from nowhere and the toilet floor got flooded. We were transferred to another room (519) when I entered the toilet, a big cockroach approached me. The aircon was set at 17 degrees but the room temperature was hot. When I opened the wardrobe, there is a small fan which I believed is meant to be used because of the aircon problem. The breakfast is just okay but there is a Mcdonalds nearby so we opted to eat our breakfast on the 2nd day.
