Always noisy, it's a high density condo with many people living in. Everyday there are sources of noise all around, from event and celebrations with high music for hours, or karate lessons in common areas with shouting teacher and alumni, basketball Is played all the days and even there's a league going on on Saturdays specially noisy like if you were inside an stadium, cars and motorcycles with very noisy engines, etc., etc. It's the same as if you were living in a mall.
