When I Arrived The room was dirty especially the toilet and the shower area i approached to the front desk and asked them to have clean it but when i came back nothing happen it was very dirty and even i found a cackroach  I feel so sick because of that molds around the shower area and the toilet however the bed was comfy, and the staffs are friendly

Always worth it here. Clean rooms, great service and a beautiful city view. This is already my 5th time booking here and they’ve always been consistent with quality and comfort. Highly recommended. 💯 Plus, it’s super accessible -- just walking distance to Robinsons Manila, Pedro Gil LRT Station and also near Luneta Park. 🏙️👌

Although it’s an advantage that this hotel is affordable, making it suitable for longer stays—we booked for four days—the staff forgot to provide towels when I checked in on the first day. I do like the location, though, as it’s very close to Robinsons Store and my husband’s medical hospital.

Small room, towel is too old, the white colour of the towel looks dirty. When we enter the room it has a bad odour especially in the toilet area, that leads us to buy an albatross toilet odour ball to eliminate the bad smell. The toilet room is too small. The entire room is not sound proof, you can hear noise in other rooms even if it is a little sound. The good thing about this hotel is the location

We had a great experience at the hotel. The staff were very approachable, welcoming, and helpful. We arrived early, and they kindly stored our luggage so we could run errands. The lobby was clean and had a lovely fresh scent. The room was clean too and comfortable. The location was convenient—just a 5-minute walk to Robinsons Manila and there were nearby stores and restaurants, with easy access to public transport. The only downside was some noise can be heard from nearby rooms and the hallway, which could be bothersome for light sleepers. I'd recommend requesting a room on a higher floor if you're sensitive to noise. Overall, the service and atmosphere made for a great stay. 😊

Feedback on My Recent 5-Day Stay Dear Go Hotels Ermita Management I would like to share my observations and concerns during my recent 5-day stay at your hotel: 1. Security – The guard was rarely present at the front door. Throughout my 5-day stay, I only saw a guard twice. 2. Bathroom condition – The CR shower had no hot water, and water leaked outside when I took a shower due to a gap in the glass door. There were also visible molds along the edges. 3. Air-conditioning – The aircon unit was leaking. 4. Room amenities – The bedside lamp and safe box were not functioning. 5. Staff interaction – The front desk and room service staff did not greet guests, even when passing by. Additionally, upon my arrival at 1:10 AM from a flight, I experienced a frustrating check-in issue. When I reached my room on the 6th floor, the key card did not work. I called the front desk using the service phone at the elevator and waited 15 minutes before a staff member arrived. The spare card also failed, requiring maintenance to come—another 15-minute wait. Eventually, the door could not be fixed, and I requested a room change. It was only at 2:15 AM that I was finally able to access my new room. That said, I believe that if the hotel is managed well in terms of cleanliness and staff professionalism, it has great potential—especially given its affordable price. I hope my feedback will be taken into consideration to improve service quality and maintenance for future guests. Sincerely, NATE LIM.

Actually this is the best cheap hotel I have ever booked, staff are nice and friendly and accessible for everything. I will book another one in the future. Thank you again for all the staff.

very clean and very near sa mga malls

It's decent enough, but the items sold on-site are quite pricey. Overall, I'd recommend it, especially if you're visiting the US Embassy, as it's conveniently within walking distance.

I give 7 out of 10 because the T.V have no channels and the wifi is so slow.
