Not recommended, the staff is not accommodating no water on our room. Nagbook kami nung pag check in walang room available daw. Nag request kami for refund kaso di daw pwedi kahit di naman kami nakagamit at di namin kasalanan dahil wala din naman kaming rooms. Wala b elevator tapos yung floor basa

I chose this location because it was near the places i wanted to visit in Ubelt. However, i would not recommend staying here for more than a night. This is more like a transient place to sleep when you need something in the area. There was AC, hot shower and towels but not much else. The room was not cleaned during our 4day stay and there was no offer to change linens. No elevator, no assistance to carry our bags and the taxis could not reach the front of the building because it was in an eskinita, only motorcycles had access. The walls had showings of mold, same as in the bathroom. Bathroom handles were broken, same as the main door to the room. The hotel charged us an extra P500 per day per person but there was no extra bed, just an extra towel. Take this review as guidance. This is just lived experience sharing for a 4-day stay.

Its a big NO for me, yung mga rooms as in katapat lang ng cr tsaka walang door yung cr nila. I think mas may maayos pa na place to stay if sa ganitong price.

Good location and staff very friendly. Plenty available and the local people so friendly.
