The breakfast experience was a highlight. The food quality is good, and there is a decent variety of options available. Overall, this hotel continues to deliver reliable service and a comfortable stay. It is a good choice for travelers who value consistency and quality.

The hotel is great! Even though it's an older property, the facilities are still very good, and the breakfast spread is excellent. It's located right next to Koreatown, and you just have to cross the street to get to Manila Bay – it's the perfect spot for stunning sunset photos. The lobby staff are also incredibly welcoming.

Stayed 4 nights. Everything works. Fast check in and check out. Room cleaned early as requested. Breakfast is not super big but sufficient. Pool is freeform resort style. It's clean but not for serious swimming

My family and I were very satisfied with our stay. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff provided exceptional service. This was not my first time staying here, I enjoyed my previous experience so much that I decided to avail of their Diamond Indulgence membership. I would especially like to commend Mark Cañete for his outstanding assistance. I checked in a day earlier than the rest of my family and wanted to transfer to a different room. I was hesitant to ask and would have completely understood if it wasn’t possible, especially since it was only 10:45 AM and well before the usual check-in time. However, Mark not only accommodated my request but also kindly upgraded my room.

I stayed for 2 nights at Diamond Hotel Manila during my business trip. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of TV channels from kids’ shows to sports. The bathroom was large and clean, and check-in/check-out was fast and smooth. Breakfast had a good variety of choices, and I especially enjoyed the bar and the Japanese restaurant inside the hotel. Overall, a pleasant stay with great facilities .

The staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to help — whether it was recommending local spots or quickly fixing a minor issue with the TV remote. Breakfast was delicious too, with fresh fruit, pastries, and great coffee. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free getaway. Can’t wait to come back!
