Manila Sampaloc Hotels

This Western-style hotel has some history behind it, you can look into that for yourself. I can say that the management was welcoming and friendly and the staff I encountered were happy to assist. My room was large and clean, clean bathroom, basic amenities provided and if you would like to go outside for food it is available. Since it's on the 'main drag' you can expect a bit of traffic noise. All in all a respectable choice, and if I'm passing through the area again I'd stay there.

Convenient location in the University Belt area. Near fast foods and coffee shops. Just had a difficult time in the guest QR code check in as it would hang. Had to call the hotel to manually fill out the form. Hotel WiFi is super slow.

The experience was great, but it would have been greater if there were better service. Upon entering and checking the beds, there were little cockroaches. Also, blankets were limited. There was only 1 and had to ask an extra for myself, even the size was upsetting - too short for 5’11 height. Though the studio was good. There was a separate room for bath and toilet.

This place has high ratings, so, as you can imagine, I had high expectations. But it was a major let down. In fact, I checked out within 30 minutes from check in and found another place to stay in (at a slightly lower rate). I think if their rate was, say, 300-400 pesos lower, then staying there can be justified.

The room was clean and the service was good I reached the place by bus and the hotel was just near by to the bus terminal. I booked a grab taxi and it only costed me 80 pesos to reach the hotel

TOILET BOWL WAS DIRTY. SHOWER DOOR BROKEN. NO BEDDINGS AND TOILETRIES READY UPON CHECKIN  TV NOT WORKING SO WE REQUESTED TO BE MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM NOT RECOMMENDED. 😕

Great ambiance because the room is clean. They provide towels and toiletries which was good as a traveler. My only concern was the ac in our room. It's working but low cooling. But then, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you UHome!

It was good. Malinis and mababait ang mga staff.

The location is nice, it’s located in the U-belt area where access to schools, food and spots is near. However, the hotel itself must improve their services, we arrived late and night from the airport and it seems like the only staff available was a sleeping security guard who doesn’t seem informed about our booking, they gave us a room that was only open which they claimed the customer only “viewed the room” and left, but the bed seemed used. The bathroom smells bad and seems like is not maintained properly. When asking for receipt, nothing was given as well. I hope that the hotel would improve their services service because the location is good and accessible.
