The room was clean and tidy upon arrival. Bath towels, hand towels, shampoos, and bar soaps were provided. It would be better if disposable slippers, dishwashing liquid, and sponge were also provided. There were utensils in the pantry. Hot shower works fine but I had a hard time adjusting the dial since the heater was placed a bit high. WIFI signal was quite poor, I had to reconnect multiple times, so I opted to use my mobile data instead. The beds were comfortable and have clean linens. The cafeteria opens at 7 am, not sure about the closing time though. The staff were approachable and there were guards on duty.

It was nice but one thing I was thinking about it was the man is used cigarettes. Not good for others.

The location is superb. The hotel itself is decent; however, it still has the feel of a love hotel. Most guests seem to stay mainly because of the excellent location. It is a perfect place if your main goal is to explore and enjoy food trips around Chinatown. One downside is the lack of a bidet—please consider upgrading this facility. Thank you.

The facilities were just about complete! They had an elevator, pail, water dispenser, dipper, bidet. The aircon was good, the bed, pillows and blanket and comforter were comfortable and made for a nice sleep. They have a great location for the Binondo crawl and while I wanted to eat at the Fb go-to's, there were always a lot of people so better luck next time. The next day, they allowed us to place our stuff somewhere while we went to 168 Mall. And thank you for the tikoy!

Best location as this is at the center of Binondo. Everything was walking distance from the hotel. Aircon was strong, curtains were think that blocks the light from the outside. We prefer this as we are late sleepers. If you are conscious about the interiors and finishings details of the hotel overall, this is not for you. As we saw the paints were not done well, even saw pencil writings inside the bathroom near the door. But staff were courteous. Parking is just on the street side, and on first come first serve basis. It was my second time here, and we will still prefer this hotel because of its location.

The hotel is great, the decoration style is simple, bright and generous, clean and hygienic, it is a recommended hotel

Stay and location is decent for the price. I booked a room with free breakfast only to find out that they don't serve such.

The hotel lacks parking space and we were only asked to park along the street. Which does not ensure the safety of our vehicle. But the room is nice and tidy.

We stayed at planet Hotel for 2 nights. The admins are very approachable. Yung di ka matatakot na magtanong. Hotel is near to divisoria walking distance lng po sa lahat. Di ka magkaproblema sa pagkaon. Malinis Ang room may hot & cold shower.. di mo na kailangan mag request Ng paglilinis sa room. Sila na MISMO ang mag kusang magsasabi na lilinisin ang room.. free wifi 😃 Di lng po Ako nka pa pic Ng room namin. But what you see is what you get. Kung ano Yung nasa pic sa room nila Yun na talaga. Overall satisfied po kami Ng Asawa ko sa service at sa sa neatness Ng hotel.. napaka mura pa Ng room nila...Thank you so much Red Planet Hotel Binondo. Kudos sa inyo. Keep it up po.
