My family booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for my brother'sgraduation. Fersal Hotel is by the intersection near UST so be ready to hear firetrucks, ambulance, and cars honking. Convenient to walk outside even at night. They will not automatically clean up your room so make sure to put the ”Make Up My Room” signage on the door handle. We forgot to do so but the staff accomodated our request to fix our room when we arrived. Additional bed cost 700pesos. They have parking space for 5 cars and it is first come first serve basis. The room has a light smell probably coz it is a bit old. My mom remarked that the hotel probably needs to change their curtains so it will look a bit new. Both the air-conditioning and fridge looks old but it kept us frozen to the point that we have to turn it off. They also have dormitories for 2 pax for 10k-15k per month. The housekeeping lady (Ms. Tere I think) was nice and very accommodating.They has toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shampoo with conditioner, cotton buds, towels, hangerss, electric kettle, coffee, tea, and pitcher (you will need to get water by the dispenser near the elevator). Good stay so far. We'll probably book this again.

very accommodating staff, the hotel room is spacious and clean, food is amazing. was able to do all the things i needed to do in Binondo as the location of the hotel is near the gold stores, lucky chinatown and divisoria. enjoyed the chinatown museum as well nearby.

A relatively new hotel, good in every aspect! Clean and tidy, good service, complete facilities, refrigerator, humidifier, air conditioner, slippers, toiletries, etc.! Close to residential areas and schools, average location, need to walk one kilometer to the mall! More than one kilometer away from Chinatown! There are churches and basketball courts nearby! After the sun sets, fences are erected at both ends of the street, children hold basketball games on the street, devout believers hold small outdoor gatherings, and children play in the streets

The hotel is great, the decoration style is simple, bright and generous, clean and hygienic, it is a recommended hotel

Satisfied with the stay for a night. Comfy bed and nice room. Buffet breakfast was super ok there are varieties to choose from.

Had a little vacation. Was looking for a place that is very accessible to our destination, and this is the best hotel.

The Grand opera Hotel is very good located near by a metro station to be more flexible to go somewhere else. Bed and room a comfortable and good service. Breakfast is not much dishes to choose and the coffee is not very strong. The hotel personal is very kind and helpful. I can recommend this hotel for short travel.
