Northern Michigan Retreat for all seasons

The kitchen had everything we needed. The attached garage is a huge plus in inclement weather (and we had a lot of it). The home is nice & clean with plenty of towels, bed sheets, and consumables like paper towel.

We were very comfortable and the place was clean, and it exceeded our expectations.. If we return next year, we'll definitely stay again.

We had a great stay inside the house. Didn’t enjoy the outside much other than cooking on the grill due to a football sized wasp nest under the deck right where the patio table was. Other than that all the amenities were provided.

Simple and Peaceful Very nice place. It was nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable. And the property was beautiful. A peaceful retreat in the middle of nowhere, yet so close to everything. We loved the location... so close to Lake Michigan. And we enjoyed visiting Tippy Dam, too.The horseshoes in the back yard were a hit. The central a/c was great in the hot, humid weather. Having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was great. And the dining room had a large table that fit all of us comfortably. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond. We'll be back!

Northern Michigan spring in the country We love staying at Paula's Northern Michigan Retreat! Paula is very responsive no matter how or when we contact her - her support and help is invaluable. The home setting is beautiful, with abundant wildlife and lovely property with trails to walk. The home is clean and well stocked with sheets, blankets, towels, paper towel, TP, kleenex, etc. The beds are comfortable. The addition of WiFi made it easier for our folks who still have to sometimes work. Love the available garage to hide our vehicles from spring snow & ice! We'll be back!
