Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Mankato Hotel and Conference Center, MN

This is an awesome hotel. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were clean and accommodating!

Needs up dates - queen beds were hard king beds could feel and hear springs mattresses were lopsided . Rooms smelt musty - attached restaurant had no children’s menu and poor food options . I would not stay there again

The room was in poor condition - needing many repairs. The TV only worked on some channels. Breakfast was cold and not well stocked or replenished. Shower would switch from hot to cold on its own.

The menu at the restaurant on-site could've had more selections. Pretty basic menu.

Room was cleaned as an overnight stay. We were so exhausted from our trip so we used extra sheets that were in the room. Next day we called the manager and said they would fix our room up. She also said they would give us a discount on the room, so that was nice. That evening we came back our room was not touched. Still trash although, they did take the towels that were on the floor. So i had to go back down stairs and ask for clean sheets. Remade the bed myself. We

Two out of three nights my room never got cleaned. Upon speaking to the front desk clerk, her response was, it’s winter and they don’t clean as often

Front desk staff was very friendly. The room could use some help….definitely has an outdated feel and extra attention in deep cleaning would be appreciated. The breakfast was sufficient but wasn’t spectacular. I was expecting more due to the higher price. The legends was nice and provided a cozy spot for drinks and a game in the evening.

The check in staff was kind and helpful as well as quick. I made reservations at the last minute and the room was spacious. They also gave me a coupon for dinner and the food was great.

Hide had a great time in the pool. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly. The only thing that was even inconvenient was that the room was frigid when we arrived but it warmed quickly and was comfortable after. The later check out time let us really enjoy the morning.
