I was very happy with the cleanliness, the facilities and the ease of arrival and check in

Admittedly we booked an inexpensive room for one night only, but the room was appalling. The photo on the website was of a studio apartment. There was just enough room for a double bed and cupboard.  The bathroom was small and very basic. The ‘studio ‘ was no more than a cubby hole. Couldn’t sleep in the cramped quarters.

Hi I have to say this is the 2nd time we have stayed at the park, and we were very happy with the 1st time. 1st time we stayed in a cabin for 6 nights and then our caravan when the work was completed for a week. The staff were fantastic. This time we were very disappointed 😞. The bed was very uncomfortable. Needs a topper to soften the caravan mattress and low height pillows which didn't help. The TV was not scanning to channels and had rabbit ears as the antenna clipped to the fire exhibitor. As for staff we only had contact on arrival for the key, we left at 7 am, hence dropped the key in the box. The office lady was quite pleasant on arrival 😄. I don't think we will stay there again, which is ashame as our 1st time was good. I feel for $607 for 3 night stay the standard of the cabin was very disappointing 😞.

The scenery around the holidays park is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. However, some of the kitchen utensils, like the fry pan, are quite old. So if you plan to cook in the kitchen, suggest to bring your own one.

Stay away from the “budget” rooms. You wont find any pictures of them, and for good reason. They are disgusting and depressing. Imagine a particularly horrible prison cell reserved for the worst kind of prisoner, and you wont be far off. Austere, dark and cramped. From the outside they look like the toilet block, and from the inside you'd wish you were staying in one instead. We had to leave immediately upon entering and couldn't get a refund. But it was worth paying to NOT stay there.

Staff went out of their way to support us through a water failure. I'd stay there again happily.

Yes the air conditioning was perfect, we cooked on the outside bbq, had everything we needed

Room layout, main bathroom was amazing, good facilities, proximity to the lake, and just a relaxing environment
