Stayed 1 night in Oct 2023. Very tiny village not so far from Montserrat. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine. Very narrow streets. Instructions at the hotel front door to contact the owner by phone to get a code to enter the property. Also instructions to get to the parking lot indicates to go against a one way street (for a very short distance...)
Overall we were happy of this hotel and would stay again !

Warm, Welcoming and accommodating owner and staff, they made us feel like old friends ! Very comfortable bedding, great view, delicious breakfast, quiet location, and absolutely breath taking hiking within walking from hotel. Will definitely return!

Por positivo, limpieza, amplitud de habitaciones y el patio con meses da para estar un rato al aire libre. Negativo, no te atiende nadie, tienes que llamar por teléfono para que te digan que tú llave está en una cesta y te den las indicaciones. Imagino, que si le pregunto a Alexa entiendo mejor. La entrada al garaje no es fácil. Calefacción sin encender y sin posibilidad de ello, pasamos algo de frío. El desayuno nos dejó fríos también, en el sentido que no hay nada de cocina, todo es templado y comprado del supermercado. De hecho, lo único hecho a mano, el zumo de naranja, se acabó y de caja. Las vistas no son las de las fotos, son de alrededores. Todo eso, en un hotel que tiene un precio normal tiene un pase, en un hotel a precio de 4 ****, pues no lo tiene. Falta atendimiento tanto en recepción como en cocina.

Personal con un trato excelente. Establecimiento muy bonito y limpio. Bien el desayuno. Por ponerle un pero la falta de ascensor. Aparte, y no es culpa de ellos esta madrugada llegó un grupo de huéspedes mal educados haciendo mucho ruido y molestando a todo el mundo :-(
