Hotel is good , nice to stay , good view

Clean and new hotel. Room is very spacious. Offers breakfast with a view.

The hotel had two blackouts while we stayed. The best option in the area otherwise. The floor was a bit sticky and our shower head did not work. We also paid for the Grand Reserve King Bedroom but our room had only half of a view even though it was on the correct floor. Otherwise it was the best option and we were fine with it.

Great hospitality ! The cute receptionist lady who went the extra miles by not only helping us getting a taxi to the best halal food in town but also assisting us with our wechat payment issues. We had always been around china for travels and never encountered payment issues before, but this time we weren't lucky enough. On the next day, it was the boss himself who went all out sorting the payment issues again. Xie xie ni, Lao Ban. The hotel views are truly impeccable, you could see the breathtaking snow capped mountains and fantastic river views from the room and restaurant, just dont miss it ! Morning lightings are the best for picture taking.

I like that there were washing machines and dryers for guests to use. The rooms are pretty new but the windows were opened when we arrived so there was a huge bug in my room. Apart from that, all is fine.

The hotel is very good. I like it the most every day. The window opens automatically when the room is open. The view is very beautiful. The bathroom is good. The bed is soft and very comfortable. In the picture, I have already slept. I highly recommend it. Thai food is definitely delicious.

During my travels in Aba, I stayed in several four- and five-star hotels, but this one was surprisingly good. It was the only one that provided children's slippers and toothbrushes, which delighted my child. The entire hotel is brand new. I received a free upgrade to a smart room, which felt like home, with all the amenities. The two beautiful front desk staff were also exceptionally helpful. Breakfast on the second floor was also delightful, with a view of the river. There's even a tea area at the hotel entrance where we could enjoy the view, and the children and I spent a long time there. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the ancient Qiang city.

The service was excellent. The front desk lady at 010 was very friendly, and the security guard at 062 helped with our luggage. Five-star service is a must-see. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, including ******* butter tea, which I had for the first time. The hotel is large and has a nice ambiance, but the room amenities felt a bit dated, and the ceiling paint in the shower was a bit peeling. Overall, it was quite good.
