I've stayed at this hotel brand many times, and it's consistently reliable. The facilities are excellent, everything is spotless and well-maintained, the environment is beautiful, and the staff provide top-notch service. However, I do have a small suggestion today: the washing machine isn't working well. The hotel really needs to keep up with the times! Even if they don't upgrade it, they should at least put up instructions next to it!

Facilities: There's both above-ground and underground parking. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and ordering takeout is really convenient. Hygiene: Clean, tidy, and odor-free. They even provided disposable toilet seat covers (though you might need to buy a larger size, as the hotel's didn't fit well). Environment: The view is expansive, with a bridge over the river and a Qiang ancient city across the way. Service: Warm and attentive, with prompt responses. We received complimentary snacks and a room upgrade upon check-in.

Choosing Mehao Lizhi Hotel is definitely the right choice! The room is spacious, clean, and smart. The view from the window is great, and the front desk staff are so welcoming! When checking in, they even thoughtfully provided milk and snacks. The breakfast was also delicious!

Didn't go back home to Maoxian, so I decided to try out this newly opened hotel. It's really bad! How does Ctrip even rate these places?

The location is very close to the Ancient Qiang City, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The mountain view room offers expansive and open scenery outside the window. The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The service was thoughtful and attentive, with quick responses. It was a great stopover during our self-drive tour in Western Sichuan, offering excellent value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again next time I visit Maoxian.

The service attitude was really subpar, and at checkout, the staff member was incredibly rude, demanding, "Is there only one room card?!" Don't they know how many room cards they issued at check-in?

Stayed at this hotel during my trip to Maoxian. The environment and service were excellent, very clean, and the facilities were new. It's probably the best hotel in this area, highly recommended!
