Great and timely communication with host. Perfect location for trips to Fort Davis, Alpine, and Big Bend. Downtown Marathon was an easy walk from the house. Felt completely safe with lots of peace and quiet around us. Highly recommend this property.

Annual trip Check-in was super easy! The house and casita were exactly what we were looking for!! We especially loved the closed in porch for our morning coffee. The location was perfect for our daily trips to explore Big Bend and Ft. Davis.

Good property during cooler months Lovely and well designed home in Marathon. Bathroom in main house was wonderful. Home does not have central air/heat which is only an issue in the summer months. Bedrooms have window units which get the job done but are noisy. We usually stay at The Gage but needed more room on this trip. Would book again during the Texas winter.
