The man that checked us in was inpatient and difficult to work with 15minutes to check not needed long time. Expected better from 4 star hotel room average missing basics like charger by beds. Breakfast good but complex to get basic breakfast ordered. Fruits could be better coffee was bad from machine wanted better.

Very new/refurbished hotel. Nice rooms and bathrooms. A very confusing system for if you want your room cleaned or left but apart from that a really nice stay. The location could not be better!

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Lima. walkable location near restaurants and the beach. We would definitely stay here again! Staff was always welcoming and attentive.
