We were towing a boat and parking was a problem. We’re told to park on the street but there was nothing available.

This hotel is wonderful. I have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. It’s only 25 minutes from Branson MO and the White River. Very clean and safe area.

I see how this is working now. If you give a low rating your review will never be good enough. I may just post all this on utube so people know whats going on. No wonder the ratings stay so high, because they are controlled. What fakes.

Holiday Inn Express has a courteous and helpful staff. Thanks to a front desk referral, we now know where to obtain the best pizza in town. The facility and grounds were well maintained. The room was clean and quiet; the bed was comfortable. Conversely, regulating the room temperature was a challenge, the coffee maker was inoperable, and the shower water temp was woefully inadequate at best. Overall, we'd stay here again.

I was expecting divided room in the suite, instead 1 long room with thec2 beds and sofa. Maybe I misread the description when I reserved.
Might want to be sure the sofa bed linens are in the room at check in. Nice staff. Clean dining, pool area and rooms!

Good breakfast, nice clean room. Open shower, good WiFi and plugs. Excellent staff. 10 times better service hen the other hotels we stayed at in the area.

Nice place to stay, only one complaint I’d like to share.. if you are going during cold months, I wouldn’t be too excited about the indoor pool. We rented our room solely based on the pool for our son, but we froze the entire 30 minutes we could stand to swim. Other than that, the staff was nice, room was clean, breakfast was great, everything else was good and we have every plan to choose this hotel for our next trip to Harrison.
