I loved everything about this guesthouse, the perfect location, specious parking, friendly staff, comfortable and spacious room. Beautiful and very neat guesthouse with tranquility, very friendly staff & best breakfast. Good value for money!

Everything is up to standard, there is no false advertisement. What you see on their page is exactly what you gonna get. The owner and the staff are very friendly. Loved the location its very quiet and lot of activities around.😍🥰❤

The staff were 🤩 amazing. The room spacious and everything you needed and more. The owner went above and beyond to help us with Wi-Fi. They had had a storm that had taken out the guesthouse Wi-Fi. She actually gave me her own router so I could ring my brother in England. If you want somewhere to stay in the Margate area look at this accommodation. We had room 5 and the views were fantastic. Breakfast was fantastic, didn’t eat again until 3 pm. Thank you as well for the small parting gift, thankfully it wasn’t needed !

Had a great time at beachcomber Bay. The breakfast was so delicious and filling. The rooms were good and staff was very friendly and caring. The hotel is situated close to the CBD in Margate, allowing easy access to stores and restaurants.

Does not correspond to the specifications of the pictures. Everything is just beautifully photographed. Dilapidated and musty furniture that is unacceptable. The breakfast and cutlery were not portable. The coffee was served from a green coffee pot with a nasty brown spout that was at least 30 years old. No air conditioning and no adequate ventilation. The pedestal fan could not be used because it was far too loud. The winter garden had a temperature of at least 35 - 40 degrees. No possibility of fresh air supply. Defective loungers and a safe where a guest took the key. We were then given a spare key. Then our departure. In addition, the whole area seemed unsafe to us.

De accommodatie is aan een update to. Alles is verouderd, niet onderhouden. Onze kamer was vochtig, donker, rook meuf. De muren vuil met vochtige plekken. Meubilair verouderd en afgeleefd. Het zwembad vuil, hottub vuil en buiten gebruik. Wij zijn uit noodzaak er 2 nachten gebleven om tijd te hebben om een andere accommodatie te zoeken. De eigenaar wenste te resterende 7 nachten niet terug te betalen. Winst boven de klantentevredenheid. Boek er niet!
