The truth is that it was a good place to stay, it came equipped with everything, a large room with heating, television, desk…. Kitchen also well equipped and with respect to the bathroom it was very well equipped. I arrived later than the check-in time for the accommodation and they told me that I wouldn't have any problems and that I shouldn't worry, I loved that part.

Hotel in a very good location to visit Venice with the bus stop at 100 mt. Dated but well maintained hotel is very clean , excellent standard. Spacious room with air conditioner set at fixed temperature without remote control, but with on/off switch. New building bathroom with comfortable shower. Single bad breakfast little salted sweet pieces only fresh cornets and packed cakes. Comfortable private parking .

This hotel could easily get five stars from us. Good location. There is a bus line, line 6, which is located close to the hotel and which runs every 20 minutes, which takes you from the hotel and brings you back for 20min. The price of the stay is significantly lower from the hotel prices in Venice. The hotel is also designed in a modern design and is new - as opposed to the Venetian style, for those of you that it matters. The rooms are spacious and pleasant overall, the soundproofing is excellent. The hotel is quiet. The breakfast is good and the breakfast staff provide excellent service, truly exceptional service. Especially Nicoletta, a constant smile, service given with joy, out of care - Nicoletta gets six stars. The service of the reception staff is also excellent, and in general the service of the staff is good. The cleanliness is good. Overall a good hotel. But what? If you need an extra pillow or blanket - none available. The children were given a double blanket and when we asked for another blanket they said it was not possible because there are currently no maids (we arrived around 10pm). The same goes for additional pillows that we asked for and did not receive throughout our stay (4 nights). The hotel has rooms that are connected by a door - so it is very suitable and convenient for families. We asked for one room with a double bed and one room with separate beds, when we arrived at night, we got two rooms with a double bed arrangement. There are no double beds in the hotel (at least we didn't get one) single beds are connected with a sheet, who cares. Likewise, the doors of the connected rooms - not only could they not be locked to allow parents privacy, they also could not be closed. They left them for us with the closing tab open - so it was impossible to close the doors. In addition, the bathroom in the master bedroom is really dangerous, there is no support for getting out of it - and getting out of it is challenging. Specifically in this bathroom - the emergency line does not work... if you have difficulty walking and moving - ask for a room with a shower, not a bathtub. I think a hotel needs very little effort - to become an excellent hotel. Greater attention to detail and a greater supply of blankets and pillows.

They had problems with the boiler which was making disturbing noises. Many guests stayed awake asking for intervention. At the reception where they barely speak a little English and almost nothing Italian, they told us before that it wasn't up to them. It was impossible to sleep. Then, faced with the evidence, they told us that we had to speak to the owner by calling him on the phone at midnight. At this point, bluntly and without any desire to find a solution, we were told to wait until the following morning. When a customer pointed out that it would then be fair to reimburse us for the costs, the response was that we could all abandon the room and leave. In the morning no one showed up, not even to apologize or explain what had happened.

A lovely gem of a hotel. Loved staying here and would not hesitate to return. Lovely big ceilings, sparkling clean rooms & bathrooms and a filling breakfast. We were checked in by the nicest gentleman who spoke excellent English but was prepared to talk to me in my pathetic Italiano. The rooms have a kettle, teas, coffee and biscuits etc. A mere 4 minute max walk to station if you are walking slowly. The trains to Venice are very frequent and cost less than €2.00 Big tip: when you come to the hotel by train you will come into Mestre station. whatever you do, don’t go up the stairs to exit rather follow the signs towards “Ulloa”. We went out the upstairs exit and got really lost. We crossed over but That side of the train tracks is to be absolutely avoided! So when you arrive at the station stay down below. Once you come up the ramp to the street the hotel is on your left hand side around 150 metres. If that gate is shut then turn left at the corner and you will have the front of the hotel on your left just a few metres away.
