Swissôtel Marianske Lazne

This was the perfect ending to our European trip! This beautiful garden city, coupled with the stunning floral landscapes around the hotel, was a feast for the eyes. A big thank you to the staff for seamlessly arranging two single beds and for the thoughtful upgrade to a room with an excellent view! The hotel has its own natural spring, providing fresh drinking water at all times; the spa facilities are diverse and very new; and the toiletries come in eco-friendly packaging, showing a clear commitment to environmental protection. Breakfast was also a major highlight, with a rich selection of organic and distinctive local ingredients that were both delicious and exquisitely prepared. The gym is also very well-equipped, but unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to try it out this visit. I'll definitely make sure to enjoy it on my next stay. I sincerely appreciate the dedication of all the service staff. I will certainly choose this place again on my next return!

The hotel is spectacular! Spotless clean, and the staff are educated, friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast has many high-quality options. The room was perfect, large in size, with extremely comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was immaculate, with a separate shower and bathtub. Can't wait to go back!! 100/10.

A magnificent modern hotel that breathes new life into the resort. This is an unexpectedly chic hotel at a very attractive price! I'm genuinely surprised that a place of this caliber has appeared in Mariánské Lázně – with upscale, modern design and quality furnishings. I really dislike old, 'tired' hotels, and that factor always deterred me from visiting spa towns. But this hotel is a completely different story. It has every chance to attract a younger crowd and literally inject new life into the town. The hotel is beautiful and luxurious! The excellent work of the designer is immediately apparent; every detail has been thoughtfully considered. Right in the reception area, there's a drinking spring (as I understood it, the 'Forest Spring') and special mugs. Very convenient. Very spacious rooms with large modern TVs and an incredibly comfortable bed. Sleeping was pure pleasure. The hotel has a full-fledged, excellent spa area and a good gym. The rooftop bar was a particular delight. There are very comfortable sofas there, perfect for sitting and enjoying the panoramic view. Breakfasts are excellent! I was pleased to see an omelet station where everything is prepared fresh for you, as well as a good selection of fresh fruits and berries. The only thing I didn't particularly like was the dinner food. Compared to the overall high standard of the hotel, dinners seemed a bit weak, and the cuisine could use some improvement. If you're looking for a stylish, modern, and comfortable resort stay without the 'ancient' feel – this is definitely the place for you. I'll definitely be back!

Top-notch hotel with modern, welcoming, and harmonious design. The staff is a solid 6 stars without compromise – a special thanks to Ohle, who explained the high-tech features and the elevator labyrinth to us with the patience of an angel 🙏. Breakfast was a dream. However, when the hotel is fully booked, you need some patience at the mere 2 fully automatic coffee machines. Spa/Wellness: spacious, modern, clean – tea and coffee included. Note: Sauna is textile-only (clothing required)! The only drawback: I personally found it very disturbing that a couple was indulging in sexual activities in the swimming pool. And seeing a gentleman getting intimate in the lap of his partner inside the sauna wasn't particularly inviting either. Underground parking: Yes, not exactly huge, but we were able to park our VW bus without any issues – 550 CZK. Parking outside is only a few crowns cheaper. On the flip side, we did spot a car or two fitted with a hefty wheel clamp.

It's a very beautiful town. The newly opened hotel is great – beautifully designed, with warm service and delicious food. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I had the chance to come back.

Overall, a very successful hotel. Great breakfast and excellent service; only the toilet layout in our room was somewhat poor.
