Everything was great, the environment was fantastic, it's a resort in the suburbs of Phoenix, so you'll need to pay a resort tax. The only downside was the limited food options.

January is the low season in the hotel, so there are not many people. Just remember to bring a jacket and pants. The swimming pool is at a normal temperature of 80 degrees, which is good. Property was amazing. Facilities are very nice and great for families, We used the pools, pool restaurant and the fitness center. We were there for a week in early April and it was not crowded at all. All staff was great. On site food is expensive but the resort is located within 5-10 minutes of multiple food options.

place was nice, but pricey for what you get. we’ve stayed at loews ventana canyon resort multiple times, & the rooms & bathrooms are very spacious & they have bathrobes as well. here, we had a fridge but no microwave.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the breakfast restaurant can’t handle the amount of people wanting to eat and it had a very long wait. We decided to go eat elsewhere.

This was a nice resort - if I had one complaint, it would be the way the resort was originally designed and laid out - depending on where your room is, you will do a lot of walking to get around.
