We had a wonderful vacation here in August 2025. The hotel is in the first line to the sea, just a 3-minute walk to the beach. The staff were very respectful, friendly, and always smiling. For me, parking was very important — and it was great, convenient, and free. Everything was perfect for our family stay! Thanks!

Esperienza estremamente positiva. Nonostante siamo arrivati la sera tardi, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le informazioni utili per il check in e check out che abbiamo gestito in autonomia senza difficoltà. Abbiamo soggiornato in un monolocale di nuova costruzione dotato di tutti i confort. Parcheggio gratuito all'intrerno della struttura. Un ringraziamento particolare a Simona, sempre disponibile! Soggiorno piacevole nella quiete della pineta, a due passi dal mare e dal centro di Marina di Ravenna. Gli appartamenti sono semplici ma curati, perfetti per chi vuole autonomia e tranquillità. Parcheggio interno comodissimo. Ravenna è davvero vicina: in pochi minuti si raggiungono i suoi mosaici e i tesori storici, ideale per alternare mare e cultura senza stress. Consigliato

Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Appartamento dotato di ogni comfort. Ho soggiornato lì per sostenere un concorso pubblico in zona. Sicuramente sarà stato perché non era ancora iniziata la stagione estiva, ma ho potuto ripassare tutta la giornata prima della prova senza avere il minimo disturbo

Residence stupendo in ottima posizione sul lungomare. Appartamento molto ampio con grande terrazza e ulteriore balcone. Aria condizionata e tutto ciò che serve per una bella vacanza. Molto pulito e tranquillo Staff gentilissimo e disponibile! Consiglio vivamente!
