Location, location, location! This newly-renovated home is the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway to the mountains of Southwest Virginia. Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, you will have easy access to some of the most popular attractions in Marion, Virginia. We are one block from the famous Back of the Dragon and near the heart of downtown Marion. Hungry Mother State Park is just five minutes away. The Emory & Henry School of Health Sciences is within walking distance. Other nearby attractions include The Lincoln Theater, Appalachian Trail, Virginia Creeper Trail, Grayson Highlands State Park and Bristol Motor Speedway. After a busy day, unwind by sitting on the front porch, which offers a spectacular view of deer grazing, against a backdrop of distant mountains or sit around the firepit in the spacious back yard as you visit with friends and family. The home includes 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom; Smart TV's; dining room table; central air/heat, washer/dryer, and hardwood floors. The kitchen is equipped with everything that guests need to prepare meals during their stay, including cookware, microwave, blender, Crockpot, dishes, utensils, toaster and Keurig Coffee station. The bathroom is stocked with complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer. Plenty of linens, towels and pillows are provided to make sure guests are as comfortable as possible. An ironing board and iron/steamer are provided, as well. The home has a carport, with an entrance into the kitchen, along with space for two additional vehicles behind the covered parking. There is also a lower driveway, which provides space for parking additional vehicles (3) or a trailer.
