The staff were, as always pleasant and helpful. The service for breakfast was swift yet relaxing. The room, bedding and bathrooms were clean and tidy. Just one small point, some of the paintwork was a little knocked.

This should definitely be a 4* hotel. My room was huge. The breakfast room was absolutely gorgeous with very clean and homely furniture and a lovely breakfast. The staff were relaxed and did not seem to be rushing around, which makes me feel relaxed.
I felt I was in a large complex as the hotel has many great looking room blocks. The restaurants were very clean.

The rooms and hallways are in desperate need of a refurbishment. The rooms are not clean. Dirty and grimy television remote and the room in general appears to not be given a deep clean but only a superficial daily clean.
