The hotel room is clean and the staff are nice.

The room was clean and nice, and it's close to the airport. The staff were lovely.

Excellent hotel! The hotel is clean and located near the highway. Costco is just a few blocks away . Breakfast provide is descend. Would recommend to everyone!

The people at the hotel were generally helpful. Housekeeping needs to improve as they always keep missing something. Breakfast can have more varieties. Swimming pool was not available during my whole stay.

The hotel facilities are a bit dated; the photos might be from when they were brand new, so the actual experience might differ somewhat. The suites were spacious, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy. The breakfast was okay, but there were far too few seats. Our family of three went down at 8 am and there wasn't a single seat available. We slowly got our food and waited another five or six minutes before we could sit down, which was a bit of a disappointment. It seems that bottled water is only free for Happy Hour members; we only realized this after we drank it, but it didn't seem to come with an extra charge.

The hotel facilities are sufficient to meet guests' needs, and the laundry facilities are also adequate. The breakfast is filling, although the variety is limited, the taste is acceptable 😌. I would stay here again next time, as it's convenient for going to Markham Place.

The location isn't great; it's next to the highway, so you'll need a car to get around. The rooms are nice, and the suites can accommodate three to four people. The breakfast is excellent.
