Cold on arrival at 8pm Booking system allocated a accessibility room we had not booked and then said it was as we had booked late. Yet our group had booked several rooms after us. Not informed of this change Staff unhelpful and not willing to change rooms next morning even though other guests had not arrived and could have been a quick swap. Shower absolutely useless with no power/ pressure at all and pointless complaining as no one willing to help. Lack of breakfast items on 1st morning and second morning items cold. Offered discount for another stay but why would anyone want to return to such a dreadful place !

We arrived at the hotel on New Years Eve and were informed that the sports facilities were not available for New Years Eve and New years day. As we had booked the hotel partly due to these facilities we were disappointed. We should have been informed of this on booking. The room was very basic with basic provisions of coffee, tea, milk and bathroom provisions. We were expected to buy the rest from reception. I had cause to clean the toilet and found that the toilet brush should have been thrown out some time previously as it was worn out. There was little grip on the bath for using the shower or bath, which made me feel unsafe. Breakfast was served cooked but cold on New Years day and the eggs looked disgusting. The mushrooms were slimy and the coffee was undrinkable.

Tried to give 5 stars but website wouldn’t let me Excellent twin accommodation for an excellent price bigger and better rooms than Travelodge cheaper too Breakfast was good and plentiful (but only available till 9am snack bar in the centre but didn’t use so can’t say how bad or good it was.Residents can use all the facilities at the centre including pool steam room & sauna. Clean well apportioned room with desk, hairdryer and kettle coffee etc. Excellent value for money with breakfast included

Very nice hotel in a lovely setting. The room was spacious and comfortable and the buffet breakfast really good. Massive thanks to Beth for sorting a small issue with our room allocation efficiently and with a smile. Only loses a point for the illuminated green smoke detector in the room which kept me awake

Room very basic & tatty, heaters not working until room maintenance called am sorted it. Shaver point in our room and one other not working. When we complained they LIED and said a shaver point would not charge a toothbrush!! Once you catch them out lying can you trust anything they say? Couldn't provide an adapter to use in another power point. Don't stay here if you use an electric toothbrush or razor!

This was my first time in Marlow and I was with a social organisation. I accidentally booked a shared room and after a bit of working out I was able to get a single room. I would like to compliment the staff on the service I received and the cleanliness omy second room. This was cleaned by Hayley and the standard was better than some hotels I have stayed in with the same 3 star grade. On a accessibility note, although I am not in a wheelchair I can see that not just the disabled access rooms are wheelchair accessible. This is due to a specialist loft and the square footage and turning room is very spacious. Compliments to the builders and designers. The pictures are from the lovely Bishan Abbey.

We didn’t know that we could stay here and use the facilities throughout the place. The sport centre hod basic room but as it was a disabled room, it was larger than usual. The room had good WiFi as we needed to work here. The breakfast hall reminded me of school dinner hall and self service breakfast was part of the cheap room rate. There are no restaurant, just a cafe for lunch and dinner. Choices were limited, so we drove to the kebab van instead! This place was cheaper than the holiday inn and we vowed to never stay at the awful Travelodge, so this was the best choice available.

Stayed here for a night to go to rewind festival. Was told on check in that breakfast is served at 6.30 hot food at 7 but it wasn’t ready till 8 on a weekend.fruit salad was still frozen.Room was big and bed comfortable. Bathroom light was on a sensor. So when you walked in it came on . So when I went to toilet in the night the bright light came on . So you end up wide awake
