Place it's alright you can use the bus and go to City centre you just have to walk 3 mins to go to bis stop and you can ride the number 1 bus and you pay 4 MAD per ride.

The location was ok but the house raid needs renovation the bathroom  need redecorate OMG water leaking the bedsheets was torn the towels dirty the breakfast is not continental no cereals infact if is not no findable l wanted to move to a better raid There are these three staffs the maid cleaning Mariam very nice girl every time she did our room cleaning especially the water leakage  These two receptionist Hajiba she’s such a sweet lady very helpful with all our need always smiling nice lady Moise he even help even speaking with our tour company when they refuse to pick us up he talk with them  and they came to pick us up very nice man

Staff and service was good but the room looks very old and the bathroom looks dirty . Both need refurbishment .

Nice hotel

The hotel is clean, the workers are all very kind and helpful... when I checked in I asked if I could stay 1 more night so they helped to do this and then gave me a larger room for free, because I was staying a extra night. They helped to bring my bags up with the elevator and showed me to my room. I felt very safe staying here also as a female who was staying alone. The place has nice Moroccan touchs like the detail on the doors / door ways, light fixtures... etc Sorry forgot to take any photos, but here is a screenshot of a video I sent to show someone what my room looked like. I was originally nervous about the cleanliness from the reviews on here, but it was nice and clean and they will clean the room daily if you are gone or if you are there if you would like them to around 2-3 pm It had a small fridge in the room, a vanity / desk, Tv with local channel + the usual.

One of the worst hotels i have had the displeasure of going to, the woman on the front desk is rude, the hotel is a dirty mess, and the “pool” is barely more than a puddle, i understand it is cheap but that doesn’t mean i expect hair and mould in the shower along with broken air-con and a general sense of uncleanliness. Would not recommend regardless of how cheap it is. Would give it anegative score if i could.

The only way to get warm water was to leave the tap running for several minutes, as the hot water comes from the roof. I’m fairly certain that about 75% of the water used is wasted while waiting for it to heat up. The resource management for heating must be reviewed to improve efficiency and reduce water waste.

Breakfast was mediocre. Had to change rooms 3 times because the bathroom was a swimming pool or because the room door wouldn't open. Facilities in the area are very expensive cafes in the area. Just walk on and you'll end up with the locals. This was affordable. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The room is dirty and they didn't clean it when we complained. The shower doesn't work, the toilet doesn't work, the sheets and towels are old, and the furniture is very worn. When we entered the lobby, it seemed like a nice hotel, but when you see the rooms, it's incredible that a three-star hotel can be so dirty.

The hotel is on the edge of the city, with gas stations, McDonald's and high-end restaurants nearby. I'm traveling by car, and I prefer the edge of the city to avoid congestion in the city center.

The room will be big and comfortable. But it will be very dirty!! And the towels smelled bad. I would not go back.
