I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. 4 amazing nights and a lovely afternoon by the pool side. Pool water was cold though.

The problem with old star-rated hotels is not the outdated equipment, but the management, mostly the reception team. The air conditioner in the booked room was broken. I waited for two hours before I was given a room on the first floor, but the door to the garden was still broken. In other words, anyone can come in.
This place is far from the attractions, so much room for improvement!

Regarding the room, a mixed start to the stay and a first evening, being very particular about cleanliness, my first room was very dusty and poorly insulated, the next day, the reception team gave me changed rooms, much less dust but not up to my expectations, I think the rooms need a little more maintenance and refreshing.
As for the common areas, cleanliness is there and hydroalcoholic gel is available.
As for the gym and the swimming pool, top notch I have nothing to say, very well maintained.
The catering is correct, too bad some hotel restaurants are closed due to Covid.
The reception, catering, SPA and swimming pool agents are attentive and very responsive.
Too bad there is no possibility of transfer from the airport which is very appreciable when you land at 11:50 p.m.
Finally, the stay went well despite some improvements to be made and an eye for detail to be developed.

Not a 5-star hotel by European/American standards. In fact it’s very far from it. Pillows are hard as a rock. No à la carte options, very dirty dinning chairs. At breakfast it is difficult to find a clean table to sit. You have to chase employees to clean it. Expresso coffee is charged even though we paid for buffet. Employees will fight you when you point out issues instead of acknowledging and trying to fix them.
