TJ Boutique

Ended up here after being redirected from hotel Cerviola, where I had the booking. The rooms are obviously larger than at Cerviola - my apartment, for instance, had two balconies, both with street view. Although marketed as "apartment", there was no kitchen or any cooking facility, except for a kettle (with few complimentary tea bags and soluble coffee). There's a small grocery shop at the ground level of the hotel, with a coffee machine. One cup of espresso is just one Euro. Got the breakfast at Cerviola Hotel, located about 200 meters down the street - a good morning walk, actually. The view from balcony was quite spectacular but the street gets very busy and noisy in the morning.

Lovely little hotel. Was clean, easily accessible and a perfect base. Parking was a bit of an issue, but thats not the hotels fault.

I arrived yesterday. I expected the hotel to be basic but I didnt expect the general manager to follow me to my room and grope me. I reported this to the police and have since moved hotels. Do not stay here as a female traveler.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Checked in at hotel down the road. Room was fine as a base. No balcony and no view unfortunately which was disappointing. Only one room key so when my husband went downstairs for a cigarette he had to take the key with him and I had no electric lol. As I said though, good base as close to busy area with restaurants. Cleaned daily

Very nice hotel,great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was great.It was clean Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.We had the most amazing view from the balcony.

We had a great 4 days in TJ Boutique. We were allowed to check-in early (10 am !!!), and we were warmly welcomed by a very friendly hotel manager. The room was new, clean, spacious, and comfortable. There is everything required for your stay: air conditioner, refrigerator, electric kettle, hair dryer. It had complimentary bottles of water upon arrival in the room. There is also a mini market on the ground floor next to the hotel. The shower is pleasant and in general it was really great to return every evening to this room after the whole day spend on sight-seeing. Will return to this hotel next time we will travel to Malta. The location was perfect for us, convenient to the entire island.

It is rare that you come across a " stand out " hotel that ticks all boxes and that your stay was so welcoming and comfortable , that you decide to book again and return ! Service and relationship management are paramount in any industry and TJ Boutique as a whole has a tremendous ability to translate customer needs and expectations into reality, and deliver service beyond expectation ! The staff Ahmed & Enzo have amazing qualities and attributes , and both deliver stellar customer service to an optimal level , nothing is too little or too big and they truly are at your beck and call for all your needs . Not only are they professional in all they do , but both come with such a personable nature, engaging and charismatic with a high emotional intelligence . I have no doubt that both were trained by the Director M. Thabet who is very hands on , professional , shows the same qualities and runs a very service oriented hotel and demonstrates client service orientation at its highest level . I highly recommend this hotel not just for the amazing staff but also the facilities which were great ! My room was so clean and as described - spacious , comfy bed , great air conditioning and just perfect with a lovely balcony ! The hotel is close to bus stops , convenience stores and restaurants , great location , not over crowded with tourists , amazing views to walk by every morning and evening just down the street ( very romantic ) , you have beauty salons and hairdressers two steps away and a pharmacy close by just in case as well - everything at your door step ( will post so you can see )
