Big room  Very convenient with full amenities  Can open all the languages and throw things everywhere  Worth the money

Location is good, close to metro, have restaurants and supermarket nearby. Room is clean and spacious, and there is kitchen facilities that you can prepare meals. Staff are helpful. The downside is, the bed (mattress) is hollow (curved) not comfortable; and our room seems to have some odors (like sewage) from time to time.

Well located hotel. Rooms are nice and big. The balcony faced the main road and could be noisy. Otherwise a good hotel

Generally satisfied with everything. Hair dryer, kitchen, cupboard and the toilet was very good.

The room looks nothing like the photos shown on the platform. The floor was sticky, and the lighting was very dim. You also have to pay an extra fee for room cleaning, which is very disappointing. At first, they even gave us a room that was already occupied by someone else — it made us feel really unsafe. It was a very unpleasant experience.

Receptionists rude and not professional

The facilities are quite complete, but the service attitude at the front desk is a bit cold.

Don't expect to get your deposit back the same day as different banks have different policies, the transfer may be delayed a few days from what I understood. There's no toothpaste or toothbrushes
