Hôtel Mercure Marseille Centre Vieux-Port

It’s clean and convenient location, which is next to a shopping mall and just a few minutes away from vieux port. The 4/5 for service was due to the fact that housekeepers broke into my room without permission (given that I have put on DND sign already). And they seemed to have difficulty understanding English. And after I clarified with receptionist they still broke into my room again when I came back to my room. I know they might have good intention to clean my room but I hope they can improve their English or at least respect DND mode as some people just put privacy first. Amenities are good. Although not in our room but we can request microwave that’s good.
