The door lock was broken! There was no security, and the hotel refused to change my room or send a technician to fix it. At 11 PM, there was no one available to help. They told me to deal with it myself, either find another hotel or accept the unfair situation and endure a sleepless night. Absolutely terrible customer service. I will never book this hotel again. My first day of vacation was ruined by this unpleasant experience ☹️

I was very satisfied with my stay here. The location is convenient, there are many restaurants nearby, and the service is very friendly! Especially the scenery and the local hospitality are the best experiences I've had in the south, both with the accommodation and the dining.

The location and hotel environment are both excellent! I would definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Marseille!

Sharing a less-than-pleasant experience. I had an incredibly difficult night at this hotel in Marseille, even though I just slept there. I booked a standard room, room number 525. After checking in, I found that the air conditioning, safe, and refrigerator were all broken. The room was extremely stuffy, several degrees hotter than the hallway, and the AC was blowing hot air. I reluctantly went to the front desk to ask for a room change, and the manager offered me a fan, stating there were no other rooms available. Later that night, I couldn't bear it anymore and went back to the front desk. Another staff member said there was another room, but it was just as hot. The room's window faced a sort of air shaft and had no screen or safety device, so opening it at night to sleep wasn't practical. With the fan on and the old AC blowing hot air, the noise level in the room was 72 decibels, louder than an airplane, making it impossible to sleep. I eventually suffered through the night and left directly in the morning without breakfast, just to get some cool air. The only way to cool down was by taking cold showers... Please choose this hotel with extreme caution...

The hotel's location is fantastic, with the restaurant directly facing the pier and offering unobstructed views.

I think the location is a plus, and the hotel staff provided good service. The breakfast was also good with a nice view, and the staff even helped prepare coffee. The bathroom was spacious, but many things were broken. The drain in my room had issues, sometimes leaking water all over the floor. The metal toilet paper holder next to the toilet suddenly fell off, which startled me. The shower screen had a faulty seal at the bottom, preventing it from closing properly. The bathroom lights also flickered constantly, suggesting unstable voltage. My colleague, who was traveling with me, had a broken AC in their room the first night and had to switch. The second night, the replacement room lost power in the middle of the night, forcing them to grope in the dark to switch rooms again. Compared to their experience, my issues seem minor.

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of the city, next to the port. Excellent service, breakfast in a lovely restaurant with a view of the port and a great variety of food.

The location is super convenient, right in the heart of the Old Port. There's a subway station right outside that takes you to the train station, and plenty of restaurants nearby. It's also within walking distance to the Museum of Mediterranean Archaeology, the starting point for the sightseeing train, and the graffiti street. We were upgraded to a room with a view, which was lovely. The downside is that it's really noisy facing the street at night; you can hear all sorts of sounds even past midnight, and the windows aren't soundproof. Light sleepers might have a hard time. The front desk and room service were both good. The breakfast... well, aside from the view, there's really nothing else worth mentioning.
