Comfort Aparthotel Marseille Prado Reviews

The hotel doesn't even deserve 1 star. The facade is in poor condition which already means nothing good, not to mention the balcony. There is absolutely no light in the room, we were told that we are doing it wrong. So we did what we were told but the light still didn't work so the room was very dark in the evening, speaking with another hotel guest he had the same problem. We asked for a late C/O, the lady told us no, unfortunately we were full, but after 30 minutes we saw a gentleman come and ask for a room for the same evening and miraculously they still had rooms available. I asked for towels and they told me to come and collect them yourself in the evening (three-star service??) and no hair dryers in the rooms depending on availability. In short, really the only positive thing is the location but other than that it's really mediocre.
