Good hotel for the price and the location. Have street parking spots around the area 5-10 mins walking. .

The staff is very pleasant and the hotel is well located.

I would be very careful before booking this hotel during the summertime. They say there is AC but it's extremely weak, perhaps 10% strength, we tested out four different rooms. In the end I had to sleep with a wet towel. Thankfully they allowed me to leave the next day with a refund, all of the staff claimed a taxi would be €15 Euros but actually it was €30+. Other than that, the hotel seemed good, soft and clean beds, spacious enough, powerful shower. Didn't seem noisy either.

I really liked the hotel's location because it's close to buses, the metro, etc., which makes the stay much easier when you don't have a car. The alley where the hotel is located isn't very clean (there was a smell of urine and some overflowing trash), but it wasn't too bothersome, and it was especially quiet in the evenings. I also found it to be a safe neighborhood (I was traveling alone as a woman and could walk around day and night without any problems). There are plenty of bakeries, cafes, restaurants, fast food outlets, and markets nearby. The only issue was that the elevator is a bit run-down, and on the second night, I found a red/brown stain on my sheet and the same stain on my duvet cover, as well as holes in the duvet cover. This was unacceptable. I went to reception, and when I returned for my last night, the room was spotless. It's a shame that the bare minimum wasn't done sooner, but I thank the staff for being so responsive and very friendly throughout, so thank you!

It's always a pleasure to stay at this hotel, which is close to perfect. Everything is truly excellent, the staff are lovely and professional, and the housekeeping is very good.

Hotel I frequent during my stays in Marseille but very disappointed this time, major problem with the shower water flow.

No noise, good customer service, clean room with everything nearby. I went in July and I recommend it; it's inexpensive for the price.

It's alright, but the facilities are a bit old. There's a microwave downstairs, a supermarket nearby, and it's very close to the subway station. The air conditioning is central, so it might get a bit hot, but it's fine at night. The lights aren't very bright.

The hotel is ideally located, close to bus lines, the metro, and Saint-Charles train station, as well as not far from the Prado. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is incredibly kind: everyone we met was absolutely lovely. The only minor drawbacks were a lack of natural light in the room and the cleanliness could be improved. For the price, I highly recommend it.

The hotel is OK, clean, the room size is OK, and the facilities are basically up to standard. It is very close to the subway station, which is convenient for going everywhere. There is a Carrefour supermarket nearby, and the snacks and fruits meet the needs. Overall, I feel good.
