Reception gentleman was kind and friendly. The room was ok size, the shower was small but working fine. Shower gels and soap were provided. The fridge worked fine which was good to keep stuff cold. The bed and pillows were awfully uncomfortable and old. The mattress felt more like a backpacker than a hotel. The whole place looked and was dirty, the toilet seat was wet with who knows what when I went in, there were hair in the shower and crumbs of cookies on the floor. Not aircon, only an old fan. I could hear people snoring from the rooms next door and the noise from the street at night, definitely need to keep your windows shut. The whole area/neighbourhood was so dirty and it felt very unsafe specially at night!. Not a city you will be comfortable as a solo traveller. The first thing a stranger told me was to be careful of pickpocketers as a lady was being stolen of her bag right in front of us!. I got my phone stolen at Nice Train Station (hence no pictures for this review). Pickpocketing the true French signature! Voila! -. I would not recommend nor stay again in this place.

Be careful if you book this hotel by mistake and cancel within 10 minutes of your reservation, you will be charged the amount of your room. For my part 60€. I doubt very much that they missed any reservations during the 10 minutes of my reservation. Like they waited for me all night and booking did not warn. In short, be sure if you book, that you will go to avoid losing the price of a night. For the rest I do not know because I did not stay there.

Disastrous welcome, bitter staff, room not ready, customer treated like ****, to be avoided without any qualms, no management of the "hotel" if you can call it that, no commercial gesture, DEPLORABLE TO BE AVOIDED ABSOLUTELY. I don't understand the other reviews of more than 2/5. A horror.

Elodie Masson 1/5 il y a 2 minutes sur Google Éviter cette hôtel c'est un escroc normalement a la base je devais rester un mois et payer 800 je suis meme pa rester un jours car le patron fait des pb pour rien fait a la tête du client en plus maintenant il doit me rembourser il dit qui rembourse mais je voit jamais la somme sur mon compte et ben c'est pas grave on va aller en justice et si Justice fait rien je ferai de moi meme et il verra qui je suis vraiment là il pourra me juger éviter il en n'a plein a Marseille des hôtel et des meilleurs et pas des escrocs et je voulais pas donner un avis mais là il veut jouer a pas me rembourser et ben moi je vais lui faire une bonne pub d escrocs et c'est pas fini moi est lui temps qui me rembourse pas là il me voit pa vraiment que je fait de pb mais quand je vais vraiment les faire il va comprendre cette escrocs

Dès notre arrivée, Nous avons été très bien accueilli, Le personnel de la réception et des étages est très poli et professionnel. Nous avons parfaitement été renseignés sur notre trajet. La chambre 32, que nous occupons actuellement est très fonctionnelle et confortable, tv OK, frigo, micro onde, salle de douche et WC propres. Literie très confortable et draps impeccables. Nous ne souffrons pas de la chaleur, un ventilateur suffit (et nous sommes en canicule aujourd'hui!). Le double vitrage est de qualité. Restauration, magasins en tout genre et métro à proximité de l'hôtel. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

Je voulais mettre 0 mois mais J’ai donné 2 rien que pour l’emplacement pck c’est vrai que c’est à 2 pas du vieux port, restaurant à proximité et transport. Attention ! C’est à 3 minutes du quartier Noailles le plus dangereux à Marseille. Le négatif c’est l’odeur de la chambre mammamiaaa !!!!!!! Une odeur qui part pas malgré que j’ai aéré tte l’après midi, ca ne part pas !! Les égouts olalala je me suis levée avec un maux d’estomac.après ce qu’il faut savoir c’est une chambre double mais tu ne peux être à deux tellement que c’est petit.jetais coté rue donc le tramway tout les 5 minutes, les voitures ect.. et ce que je trouve pas correct c’est que un enfant de 7 ans paie une taxe de séjour !! Pourtant la convention dit : toute personne mineure moins de 13 ans est exonérée de taxe de séjour. J’explique cela au réceptionniste il me dit booking nous a dit !!! Mais la taxe de séjour c’est l’établissement qui facture et pas booking ! Il voulait rien savoir avec booking nous a dit et voir avec eux !!
