Les Appartements du Vieux Port

The location is simply perfect, right on the Old Port of Marseille. The apartment is very pleasant and well-furnished. There was just a little dust in a few places, but nothing major. Communication with reception was always easy and very courteous, which was greatly appreciated. The paid parking offered by the establishment is very convenient and remains reasonable for the area. It's the Indigo Estienne d'Orves parking garage, located just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. The neighborhood is lively and offers a wide variety of restaurants as well as several interesting places to discover. We also recommend the short boat trip to the Frioul Islands, a magnificent experience not to be missed. A little tip: travel light, as depending on the floor, there may be a few stairs to climb. In short, it's a very nice place to stay to fully enjoy the atmosphere and life of Marseille.

If you place separate orders, remember to swipe your keycard at the front desk every night to see if you'll have to pay the tax. We paid all the taxes on the first day, and to avoid miscommunication, we printed out our order and gave it to the front desk. As a result, our checkout was delayed for half an hour, and we had to pay the tax, otherwise we couldn't leave. Thankfully, Ctrip fixed this issue. Thank you, Ctrip.

We loved this apartment. It was conveniently located, overlooking a quiet, spacious, and bright courtyard. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bed was comfortable, and the pillow menu was excellent. The staff was friendly. We'd be happy to stay again.

The apartment is very well located, just steps from the Old Port, the shopping streets, and La Canebière. For a stay in Marseille, I highly recommend the Vieux Port apartments; you truly feel at home. I was greeted with a smile and great kindness; the receptionist understood my needs and met my expectations.
