New Hotel of Marseille

Second stay at this fabulous hotel and just as happy as the first time! The hotel is very well located: about a 20-minute walk from the old port and a 5-minute walk from Catalans Beach! The pool and jacuzzi offer the perfect place to relax after a great visit to this magnificent city. The staff is fantastic. The breakfast is very good and the rooms are spotless. I have absolutely no complaints; I'll be back as often as possible. Thank you!

Friendly staff, nice room and bathroom, and the pool was also nice. The only downside is that you are bothered by the traffic all night long. The air conditioning couldn't cool down because the central system hadn't been turned on yet, and as a result, the room got too warm, meaning the window really had to be opened. Due to the noise outside, this wasn't possible, unless you don't want to sleep. Despite the good experience here, this is definitely a downside for us.

Overall, it was pretty good. We arrived at the hotel early and our room was already prepared, allowing us to check in ahead of time, which is excellent service by European standards. Although the hotel is located in the port of Marseille, it's a bit out of the way; it takes about five minutes to walk to the Old Port area. The parking lot is next door, but there's no direct elevator, which is slightly inconvenient if you're carrying luggage.
