After a great morning/Arvo at mountain in snow and was yearning for a hot shower, we (as a couple) were provided two medium sized towels for us both. Hubby got the handtowel. Thoughtless me washed my hair and utilised all our allocated towels. Woopsy daisy. No toothbrushes, no hot choc packets, nothing wow at all _ basic. A bed in a clean room. I wonder if this was because I booked via ***********? The service at brekkie was immaculate, the blonde woman was a breathe of fresh air. Receptionist at check-in and checkout were kind.

Location is great. Layout of the hotel, 2 levels and access to restaurant is confusing.

Very modern and clean hotel with fresh and tasty breakfast. Amenities are five stars and comfortable for a good rest. Ample wall sockets for charging your devices up. Highly recommended!

Good hotel to stay in as it’s a half hour car ride to the Alpine mountain resort

Overall, we are very satisfied with peppers Marysville. The accommodation is clean and tidy, the staff is friendly, and the hotel facilities include a sauna, which is amazing!!

Nice Hotel, Great Location – But Poor Service and Facilities The hotel itself is nice and the location is great. However, the reception service was terrible – I'd give it 1 star. I sent an email with inquiries but received no response. When I called, I was told the extra bed would cost $50, but I was charged $60 instead. Very disappointing customer service. The blanket was old and dirty, with no proper cover. The bathroom had poor design – water ended up all over the floor after showering. Overall, this hotel does not meet 4-star standards and should be downgraded to 3 stars with a more reasonable price to match.

The property was very clean and big. The view outside the property were amazing. Suitable for couples and families. The food at the restaurant was also very good.

This hotel’s service was soooooo good for us!!! Super nice staff and room service. And also room is very clean!!  I want to come back to there someday!

Friendly staff. Fireplace and marshmallow toasts at the campfire was well loved by the kids and adults alike.

Honestly Good vibes

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Peppers in Marysville! The staff was friendly, attentive and professional to make our stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The hotel even gave us a special celebration and dessert since we were celebrating our anniversary, which was much appreciated! We also enjoyed the restaurant onsite, the food was amazing! I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be staying again in the future!

We stayed in the hotel before. This time the hotel was OK but the breakfast and dinner in the restaurant were terrible. The dinner menu was overpriced and the food was not suitable to eat. The dinner dishes were not matched with them declared in the menu.
