Very poor service. It’s not a four star hotel! Breakfast is a disaster . Tiny buffet with one type of ham and cheese every day for 7 days. We arrived one morning and there wasn’t any plates/coffee cups when I asked staff member about plate she gave me a saucer! No vegetables , sometimes they put bowl of tomatoes but once they gone they’re gone same with eggs etc. Very dirty and dull area if you don’t have a car to travel it’s not worth at all. They don’t have taxis here! Staff ordering some private people to give you a lift but you can’t rely on them. Swimming pool till 6p.m Meals and drinks overpriced at the hotel. Staff barely can speak English. Not impressed at all. Think twice before you make any booking here.

We had a lovely stay here. Room was great food was good breakfast was abit basic but for the price ok. Would like to mention Angela the reception lady who was so lovely to me and my partner. She was caring, I am currently pregnant and wasn’t feeling great and she always asked how I was feeling and if we was ok. She also gave us information on the day trips and how to get from the the different stations to the main attractions. Thank you. We hope to return one day.

The hotel is family run and spotlessly clean. Furniture etc is quite dated but well looked after. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We were full board and quality of food was generally very good. They tailored the food too, eg made big salads for lunch for us instead of a heavier meal as we soon realized we would be the size of a house after 7 nights. The outside of the hotel would benefit from a lick of paint, but the inside has clearly been regularly painted and as I say cleaned really well. Not the hotels issue but we did notice a large ammount of litter on the roads to the hotel and eg beach. We were worried the hotel would not be as nice as it was because of the litter etc. Recommend a car as Taormina is lovely and only 20 mins away, and etna likewise with stunning views of it from hotel on a clear day. I’ve given the hotel 5 * because it was great value, awesome friendly service, spotlessly clean with very good food. I would stay there again.

absolute horrible, don't go the are is disgusting rubbish everywhere, food horrible. no shops one way or another. Sicilian people can be unfriendly. beach nice and beach bar nice, however put off when you can see rubbish bags lined up on flood outlets to sea, waiting for the floods to wash the rubbish in.

The rooms need to be refurbished. The shower is very small you can't move in it They control the air-conditioning , we didn't slept for 2 nights cause they switched the air-conditioning from down stairs.Really bad service.

A modern looking hotel which was spotlessly clean. A warm and friendly welcome and all staff but especially the waiters and waitresses were very helpful and friendly. The room was large and from our balcony we could see Etna. The pool was a good size and while we were there it was not too busy. We always found somewhere to sit whatever time of the day. The busiest time are during the afternoon but even then we were able to find somewhere to sir. The view of Etna from the pool was great. The food was good quality and presented and cooked well. Cocktails were very good and not too expensive. The beach is pebbled and has a Pizzeria. We had lunch there one day and it was lovely. The hotel is in walking distance of the town which has a harbour and restaurants/shops/ supermarket etc. It’s not always possible to walk on paths so you need to take care especially if going with children. Yes the roads were sometimes busy but you could still walk on the roadside. There is lots of litter around and bags of rubbish put out for collection which never seemed to be collected! Spoils the look of the place but I still think it’s a nice area to visit. We arrived here by train from Catania and walked from the train to the hotel, it’s not for everyone to do that but we enjoy walking and if you do walk it’s not difficult and is mainly on pathways. This hotel was good value for money had two pools and restaurants. At night the restaurant offers tables around the pool. There is also music and a disco. The room was serviced daily during the morning which was great because we needed to be in the room in the afternoon as the weather was extremely hot. The air conditioning worked well and kept us cool before going for a dip in the pool. Lots of Italians seem to holiday here which was lovely. Made us feel like we were in Italy and not England! A fab place to stay a little off the tourist track.

If its peace and quite you want then this is not the place for you, especially at weekends and later in the afternoons. The beach is NOT private, it is a fenced off area where anyone can pay 20 euros for 2 beds and an umbrella, and if you don't book this in advance you will be stuck at the back. We went to the beach early one day, and sat on 2 unoccupied beds. I thought I would speak to a staff member to let her know where we were and where I should pay. She then had a melt down screaming and shouting "NO those beds are reserved!" We were kicked off of those beds and placed at the back of eight rows. (The beds we originally sat on were left unoccupied all day!). We the decided to spend the rest of our holiday around the pool area, which is free to guests but open to the public at a price. So inevitably it gets extremely noisy and busy once the locals come in. (usually around 2.30- 3.00 pm). When I booked I knew that it was a bit of a walk to restaurants / shops. But I expected there to be a pavement, which there was not for most of the walk, so you have to keep your wits about you with passing traffic, there is also lots of rubbish bags left out you have to avoid on the way. The room we was in was a bit on the small side and it had no balcony, so hanging your towels was a bit of a problem on a plus side the air con was included as was the safety deposit box. Hence the poor rating and not a terrible rating.

Sweet little hotel with a great view of the Etna, had car parking available and staff were very nice! 4/5 because when the restaurant was at capacity they didn’t have cozze:( however everything else was super! Area is nice too with many beaches and lidos to visit in proximity, will definitely re visit if in the area:)

The hotel has its own beach, clean, two pools. The rooms are very clean, the staff go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Beautiful area, friendly and helpful staff. The air conditioner was a bit noisy which was annoying. The staff has always been efficient, attentive, friendly and caring. Special thanks to Chiara - friendly, caring, responsible and always nice, as well as to the maître d' Renzo - helpful, polite, with a subtle sense of understanding the wishes of the client. They have always been caring, sensitive and attentive to our questions. Everything was amazing! Thanks friends!
