Stayed here between 11th and 18th April with my husband and teenage son, bungalows very nice we had a pool view which was fantastic and very close to all amenities, all staff where lovely and helpful, lifeguard azoye was so friendly and chatted with everyone. Huge shout out though to manager Nourdin who was fantastic both in the restaurant and bar, always knew our drinks order whisky, gin and sprite. I would recommend these bungalows and will definitely return in future.

After reading a few not so nice reviews we were very pleasantly surprised..The Bungalows are very clean with plenty of clean towels and if ypu needed any more for when you washed your hair there was never an issue. The beds were very comfy as was the pillows and all had pillow and matress protectors on them.We could not get the Air con unit to work but when asked the staff were straight on to it.(we pressed the wrong button) the shower was loveky and powerful with plenty of hot water. The TV had a few good radio channels. The bungalows outside your door is a little suntrap with a table chairs and a sunlounger..We fed the little cats on tuna and cold milk but did not allow them inside. The staff were al very nice. The lady in the shop had such a lovrky smile and was super friendly as was the lady on reception..The Breaskfast was plentiful and loads to choose from and the dining room was very clean. The only fault I could find was the prices of the spirits in the bar were ridiculous.we were bed and breakfast and stayed in to watch the entertainment but my daughter had pink gin amd lemonade which was over €9 and for a Malibu and coke was over €8 That put us off staying in the bar at night so we just walked in to playa del ingles which took us 30 mins and a taxi home was€5. We will definitely return to these lovely bungalows.

(Vodka Cola & Sprite- for Nourdin !) A fantastic holiday at Vistaflor - Superb Staff, location and complex All the Staff were friendly and smiley , especially Nourdin, at the Bar. Henry , from Cuba too. They make you feel very much welcomed and provide excellent service. I really liked the complex being ‘bungalows’ and not a big building of apartments. The bungalows themselves are painted pretty colours and styled well. There’s also a lot of greenery- bushes and tress , making it a very pleasing and attractive place to be. For me, it looks better than Puerto de Mogan (Little Venice) - which I visited. The rooms are on the small size but adequate for myself and my daughter. And it was nice having an ‘upstairs and downstairs’ - but with my achey legs , I tried not to go up and down too much - I also didn’t take my suitcase upstairs. Too heavy to carry up. Still , it was lovely having a small balcony from the bedroom. The bed was an adequate size. I was very pleased to see pristine , white bedding. Very clean and smart. Pillows were very comfortable, as was the bed. There is a kitchenette area but We were all inclusive , so didn’t use any of the equipment. The bungalow was regularly cleaned , nearly every day. The cleaners , friendly and did a great job. Towels changed every day, if used. Although the bungalow was very clean, there are areas that need refurbishment- the bathroom had cracked tiles and discoloured grouting. The toilet also does not flush well. Food- it was ok. Not fabulous but also not bad. The first day of our holiday ( Wed 10th April) my daughter and I were not impressed with the food. However, after the first day, the food improved . I am certain a different chef was cooking. One day in particular was very good and I personally thanked the chef. Choice is not extensive but enough to be able to choose something you like. A negative , is having to go down some stairs and no windows. The area could do with a ‘make over’ and a lift fitting for those who struggle with stairs. Entertainment - there’s entertainment every evening. I enjoyed the variety- from the Girls in red (duet) full of energy & good singers, to the magic show. The pool is lovely and big and just the right temperature. There is a life guard on duty. Pool was cleaned every day - evening and morning. Pool area and complex was cleaned and tidied early every morning. Vistaflor on the whole was very clean and tidy. Staff worked hard to ensure this. Free bus to Faro de Maspalomas and the beach was good Overall , my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at the Vistaflor. It’s small and friendly , a relaxing vibe. No lager louts here! Best suited for couples , solo and families with older children. Not suited for those with mobility issues, unless they are self catering. Thankyou Vistaflor for a fantastic holiday 😁 Elaine A special Hola to Henry guapo ! More Date of stay: April 2024

My wife and I visited between the 2nd and 9th of April. The first impression was very favourable with a well laid out foyer and a friendly receptionist who gave directions to our bungalow. Although the bungalow was a bit dark on the decor side, it was very clean with regular cleaning and servicing. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful, and I should single out Nico for particular mention. Nico Nourdín to give his full name, worked in the lounge area, as well as other areas, and was always quick with a smile, a laugh and a joke. He was always on the move. Entertainment was mixed, but considering the age ranges of the guests, it's maybe not a surprise. There is always the leather suited foyer if the entertainment doesn't suit. As has already been reported in other reviews, the hotel is a little out of the way, but if you are reasonably active there are local buses not too far away, and taxis are plentiful. Again this is where reception staff were very helpful. On the downside for me was the lack of vegetarian options in the restaurant. Being vegetarian in Spain has always been a challenge for me, but it hasn't put me off returning, many times. Some of the guests left something to be desired too, at times it was like stepping into an old fashioned 'Working Mans' club. Language was foul, and with children present, it was obvious some had too much to drink. I heard two separate guests raise the same issue with one of the Travel Reps, one guest was, unfortunately, in the next bungalow to a rowdy family. We may, of course, just been unlucky with our timing. Overall we did have an enjoyable break, and managed to do some travelling and saw some beautiful scenery, and my wife was thrilled at the choice of shops in the places we visited

Came here for a week all inclusive. Arrived late at night and was given a bag of food and there was water both in the bag and the fridge in the room. Apartment was nice plenty of storage space and sofa bed wasn’t uncomfortable. Don’t think our air con was working properly but had a fan with us. Food was nice the chef was amazing and was excellent with my 5 year old daughter. All the staff were amazing and made the holiday special shout out to Jennifer, Nourin and the entertainers. My daughter loved the kids pool and it was never that busy. My daughter loved the kids disco shame it was cancelled for a few nights whilst we were there. Had a late flight back and even though had to check out at 6pm was allowed all inclusive till 6pm and you can book a time to go to a spare room get changed/shower etc.

This is a great little complex for families. Here with my 5 year old granddaughter and they have plenty of kids activities to do and the animation and pool staff are great with them. She’s had a great time! There are couples here of varying ages too but would say it suits families better. The rooms are basic with all you need including a little kitchenette. Easy to cook simple meals and order in takeaway using many of the local apps like JustEat. We came B&B so can’t comment on lunch or evening meals however the breakfast is good. Great to see different milk options and gluten free cereals. Best to go earlier as often items not replenished towards end of breakfast time. The pool bar is good, has a snack menu up to 6pm and good choice of drinks. Try the pina colada which is great! There’s a small paddling pool and adjacent larger pool which has a great shallow end too. It never seems to get too busy although the sunbed area does and people do reserve beds. We stayed in a pool side room which was great for nipping back for stuff and toilet trips with the granddaughter. These rooms are near the bar so there is some evening noise but nothing that prevented my granddaughter sleeping. The non pool side rooms in my opinion don’t have as good an outlook or feel. If you do come B&B you will need to be prepared to walk/bus/taxi out to eat on an evening. There are some great places to eat locally and we often went to Faro de Maspalomas where there’s a great beach and places to eat. Conclusion this is a great place for the cost and will consider coming back. We

There's good and bad with this hotel. The good is the comfy beds, drinks are well proportion and the rooms are clean. The bad is the food. If you like luke warm food, then this is the hotel for you. This food is not made with love and some even looks like slop. Its like school catering! The A La Carte restaurant is great if you want to eat your evening meal before 6pm!. Would I come here again? NO 👎
