THE APARTMENT SUNSET is a beautiful apartment of 90m2, which is formed by connecting two smaller apartments (Sky and Flower). Recently renovated, it can accommodate up to 7 people. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with 1 double and 1 single bed, living-kitchen divided in living area with a sofa bed (ideal for 1 adult or 2 children) and dining area with fully equipped kitchen, 2nd bedroom divided into a sleeping area with double bed with canopy and seating area with table and chairs, the second fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms (with shower and bath tub), terrace with magnificent sea views and outdoor furniture and balcony overlooking the courtyard of the villa. It is located on the 1st floor of the Villa. THE APARTMENT SUNSET has an extremely elegant and refined, embellished with majolica of Vietri sul Mare made and painted entirely by hand and has all sorts of comforts: conditioned area, heating, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, laundry room common, drying rack, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, cot (on request). Guests of the SUNSET APARTMENT can take advantage of large outdoor spaces and shared services (all free): private parking, swimming pool (open from 17 May to 18 October), solarium, terrace with sea view, children's play area, large garden and vegetable garden where local products are grown, barbecue (on request). THE APARTMENT SUNSET is located about 390m above sea level, in a privileged position, on the hill with magnificent gulfs of Naples and Salerno. Complex is located opposite the islands "Li Galli", palace of 'unforgettable Russian dancer Rudolf Nureyev. Staying in this cozy and beautiful house, you will be in a strategic position for excursions to nearby Sorrento (8km - about 20 minutes by car), Capri (boarding 7 km), Pompeii and Herculaneum (35km), Positano (15km), Amalfi ( 30km), Naples (60km), Vesuvius (50 km), Paestum (61km), and the villages of Massa Lubrense (7 km). The house is about 10m from the main square of the village Torca, where there are grocery stores, tobacco shop, bus stop, restaurant; and about 1.1 kilometers from the center of Sant'Agata sui Due Golfi, where you'll find all kinds of shops, supermarkets, many bars and restaurants, banks, bus stop for buses to Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi. The owners live in the same building, so at any time you can have help managing the apartment or advice on how to reach the most interesting destinations in our region. Things to do HIKING For lovers of trekking this apartment is the ideal starting point; in fact, on its vast and wild territory, hundreds of trails unravel, which offer unique views far from the noise of city life. A few km away from the Marine Protected Area Punta Campanella - a beautiful historic site, rich in history and archeology, famous for its scenic beauty. A few steps from the house begins the descent to a small beach, called Fjord Crapolla, reachable only by boat or by a long footpath marked by hundreds of steps (about 600). According to legend the apostle Peter landed here in his difficult journey to Rome. To him it is dedicated a church, venerated by the ancient fishing village, and built on the ruins of the temple of Apollo. The paths as the Path of the Gods, the WWF oasis "Le Tore", or the Oasis of Monte Torca - are very popular with our guests. SEA For lovers of the sea the apartment, again, is an excellent starting point. At about 7 km there is Marina del Cantone, a lively and charming seaside resort, Marina della Lobra, an ancient fishing village, Cala di Puolo, glamor and exclusive and then bays and coves of uncomfortable access, but with unique charm, such as the Fiordo di Crapolla , the Baths of Regina Giovanna, La Conca Azzurra, Bay of Mitigliano, the Fountains of Marciano and the Bay of Jeranto, in the middle of a protected marine area.
