Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Service
We reached out to the property about two months before our arrival, but unfortunately never received a response. Upon arrival, we waited around 45 minutes at the bus station before someone came to pick us up and bring us down the hill.
The biggest issue was the shower, which was completely clogged and wouldn’t drain. Despite raising this with the staff three times, no one took responsibility or fixed the issue. Each time, the blame was shifted to someone else on a different shift.
Overall, the staff were not friendly or helpful. In fact, we found them to be quite rude and uninterested in providing any level of hospitality. It didn’t feel like they cared about guest experience at all.

Loved this hotel and its location and will definitely visit again in future.
Beautiful view and secluded beach. Remote location but they had pick-and-drop service so it was good.

酒店位置較偏遠. 需使用酒店的免費接送服務. 如步行需走15分鐘的下坡路到酒店. 接送服務往返附近的停車場及巴士站. 早上繁忙時間輪候了半小時.

酒店景色漂亮，前台接待也很熱情，早餐可以打包。房間乾淨整潔，就是酒店的山路有點難找，不過應該可以打電話叫酒店來停車場接送的。

El hotel súper bien y muy limpio! El desayuno espectacular, lo único es que el hotel está lejos de Sorrento, y hay que bajar en la carretera y caminar de bajada, sería a bueno que en l a confirmación indiquen el teléfono para llamar el carrito que te lleva hasta el hotel. La atención es muy buena y la chica habla 5 idiomas!
