Hotel Iaccarino

Wow! We spent two weeks at Hotel Jaccarino and it was perfect. Arriving at 10:30pm due to flight delays and traffic we were greated by a young man who took our cases straight to our room while we checked in at reception. We were then taken to a table which was laid with a meal waiting for us, very unexpected but very grateful. We went to our room which was on the 2nd floor. The room was lovely, double bed, decent sized wardrobes and storage space & a safe and a bathroom with shower. We had a balcony with a view and what a view. It was beautiful. We looked over the hotel pool down the hillside and across the bays of Sorrento & Naples and over to Vesuvius. I don't think we could have had a better view, one well never forget. The hotel is very beautiful, breakfast is eaten downstairs in a dinning room, dinner is outside with a lovely view while watching lights starting to come on across the bays as the sun goes down. There is a bar or a large lounge to relax in any time of the day and a courtyard with lots of lemon, lime trees and flowers dotted around. The staff were the nicest people we have met working in a hotel. Always polite, always happy to help. Everyone gave us a smile and a Buongiorno & Buonasera (hope I've spelled them correctly) each day. They all worked so hard. Marco and his team (so sorry we didn't get everyone's name) at all meal times were so attentive. I had read some reviews about the meals and was a bit concerned as I am a fussy eater but I did not need to worry because, even though the menu each night at dinner was not huge, I always found something to eat. I was concerned about one of the meals so I spoke to Marco and he was able to ask chef to adjust it for me, thank you! The ladies who cleaned our room were always polite and quick, we had clean towels every day and the bath robe and slippers were a nice touch. When we went to the bar by the 2nd week we didn't need to ask for what we wanted it was remembered. Brilliant. The pool helped with cooling down when sunbathing. There was always sunbeds with shades attached to cover your head and towels available by the pool bar area. You can either have a drink and lunch at the seating area or the staff at the pool would take your order and bring it to your sunbed. Everyone behind the reception desk were so helpful with advice to all of our questions. Hotel Jaccarino has its own free Shuttle bus that will take you to and from Sorrento, only a 25 minute drive away. The village of Sant'Agata is literally a 5 minute walk from the back of the hotel, a lovely little square in front of the church, good for a little after dinner walk. We've only been home for two days and already have recommended Hotel Jaccarino to our friends. We're don't usually return to a holiday destination but we would definitely come to Hotel Jaccarino again.

What can I say,amazing time at this family owned hotel.nothing corporate about it .All staff were a pleasure from Susie house keeping to Marco and staff restaurant what a team I'm hopeless at remembering names so please forgive me, reception were lovely pool guy from Sri Lanka. Breakfast, plenty for everyone likes ,evening menus good choice.Views to die for,free shuttle to Sorrento and lovely small town to walk to in 5 minutes or less.Spotless grounds,rooms everywhere you went .Thank you and never change .❤️

We stayed here for 3 nights, all the staff we met were friendly. We asked for a pool room which wasn't available until our second night, the hotel arranged to move our belongings and we had lovely views from our second night, although room 88 is not for people who have walking difficulties as there is no lift and spiral stairs. Breakfast was good we was able to order omelettes. Free parking which was convenient for our rental. We dined one evening on the set menu, food was nice.

We stopped at this Amazing Hotel recently where I proposed to my fiancée on the balcony of our beautiful room The views are simply breath taking, the pool and terrace and communal areas and food were simply gorgeous, but what makes this hotel so special is the staff, every member of staff we met were so friendly and polite and helpful it was a joy I can’t remember all their names but we would like to thank in particular thank , Ilaria, Marta, and Paolo for making our stay a memory we will never forget We will definitely be back x

June 2025 :- This hotel has simply blown us away. The staff are attentive and supportive, yet offer the perfect balance of being helpful and present and allowing privacy and peaceful enjoyment. Led by Ilaria and Marta alongside were heading up the customer relations team. They have been outstanding in their diligence and attention to detail of comfort that everyone likes to receive. The reception team included Paolo and Nello. These personnel always positively responded to any request. We were delighted on arrival to be received at such a late hour by the reception team and supported by Alessandro learning the bar services. He was always cheerful and considerate and did all he could to ensure our needs were met in every encounter. The team who provided restaurant and poolside services were professional, approachable and warmth radiated from every person we were supported by. Angela who attended to our room was so accommodating, very discreet and thorough, in fact a ray of sunshine everyday. In talking to other guests we were all of the opinion that this was a very normal experience. This jewel of a hotel provided a pleasant and more than adequate breakfast experience . Everything was leisurely and a very sociable area with good quality provisions and a choice to suit all. Dietary requirements for all sittings were never a problem . The rooms were furnished with the most comfortable bed and accessories. We have rarely wanted to return to hotel but we would return tomorrow if we could and for longer. The shuttle bus was reliable and efficient and frequent to suit all wishes and each driver looked out for us and ensured we were safely on board if things got busy at the collection point. All these factors coupled with the really delightful views, the very pleasant nearby village that complimented the hosts of the hotel and the comfortable poolside is a recipe for a delightful experience. This gem that is more than excellent value for the 4* experience that frankly I think deserves so much more credit in its reviews by agencies. You won't ever regret visiting here.

We stayed here as a family of 5 adults for 10 nights . The hotel is exceptional ! From the arrival we were greeted by lovely ladies on reception and our bags taken to the rooms . We had rooms 25,28 and 30 . Check in was smooth and during all our stay the reception staff were very attentive . The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas and beautiful ambiance and footfall . Rooms are replenished daily . Fab views over the bay. There is a shuttle bus which takes you to Sorrento at various times during the day and evening you do need to book . Bar service is excellent and would like to mention Alexandra and Christopher for excellent customer service . We had lunch a couple of times at the pool bar - thank you to Nello again excellent service and the lunchtime meals lovely . Breakfast is a nice choice , evening meal is A La Carte . The outside of the hotel is beautiful with a gorgeous terrace . At the back of the hotel a few minutes walk is the little town of Sant Agata . Local cuisine , we ate at Bar Orlando and Buenes Ares restaurants both excellent and very reasonable . We enjoyed our last evening at tutt appost where we indulged in wine tasting experience! Would definitely recommend this hotel and its amenities , the staff cannot do enough for you . Thank you for a lovely holiday !!
